  • Steam is having Lovecraftian Days 2025!
@DoctorEldritch My main mission is to collect them all. It won't be easy because of storage space, but I'll try to manage. I haven't played Forgive Me Father 1, and not going to skip to the second one. I'll first download one and then number two. see more
  • Get Metro 2033 Redux for free! (but be quick!)
Thanks for the tag. 🙂 see more
  • Steam is having the NEXT FEST!
@DoctorEldritch I'm looking forward to the new content. It seems developers are putting in effort to keep players entertained. I'm going to wait until most of the content is released and then occupy my friends pc for a while and see what all the fuss is about. Our network providers cover maybe... see more
  • Steam is having the Storyteller's Festival 2025!
@NayNay I'm kinda of a introvert and not much of a people person. I'm also an empath and sharing my work with others has it's limits. I know it sounds horrible but I think I do criticise myself too much. 🙂 Short courses are Ideal to learn but not needed. Expressing yourself comes naturally and... see more

@DoctorEldritch Thanks for the tag. I'm going to check out all of them especially Forgive me father 2. see more
  • Check out Doom: The Dark Ages New Gameplays!
@DoctorEldritch There are some fancy tools out there. They recently discovered more artifacts in Egypt made of human bone and skin not found before on any tomb or pyramid. The new advanced microbiological method of testing the artifact os astonishing. They were able to extract DNA and scientists... see more
  • Epic Games Store Free Game 6 - 13 March!
@DoctorEldritch Yeah, it's a mission and a half especially now with everything giving in like my, hearing, eyesight and ability to remember things. I'm too old to learn a new language. 😄 Logical or not, I do not have the patience anymore. At least I have learned some of our spoken language... see more
  • Steam is having the Storyteller's Festival 2025!
@NayNay Aww, thank you so much for your kind words. Trust me I'm no professional but I try my best 😊. Well, I always had a passion for drawing, painting and building things. I guess it sort of runs in the family. I actually wanted to be more involved in music than arts and crafts but it didn't... see more

  • Check out Doom: The Dark Ages New Gameplays!
@DoctorEldritch You have a point. The Dark Ages was a turbulent time indeed, and if there were any documented events we do not know about today, it could have been because of records being destroyed and the persons who kept records died and unable to tell the tales. The reasons I play without... see more
  • Steam is having the NEXT FEST!
@DoctorEldritch, I've seen the roadmap. To be honest, I have missed out on plenty since the Launch of Diablo IV. I haven't played much because of the slow internet and some PC issues I have. The Titan Slim looks like an awesome phone. Unfortunately, they are not available in SA. It's a phone my... see more
  • Epic Games Store Free Game 6 - 13 March!
@DoctorEldritch I can speak a few languages and always wanted to learn Mandarin but sidestepped it because of it being such a hard language to master. Working in the medical and industrial training fields, I learned Sotho and Sepedi from the people I worked with. I don't speak them fluently, but... see more

@DoctorEldritch How time flies, 4 years already? I almost feel like a veteran here in the community 😊. see more
  • Do you prefer bigger or smaller games?
@DoctorEldritch They sort of succeeded with the Lord of the Rings bit. Yeah, a lot was left out. And most Stephen King novels are spot-on. The Hobbit movies were 98% similar to the books. I chose Dungeon Siege 3 because it's one of those games I rushed. The game is also enjoyable, and I do... see more

@DoctorEldritch Cheese it is 😂😅! The issue with painting is when there's food involved; most of the time, all the food will be gone before the painting is completed. I would eat most of my artwork. The best is to make a print and start from there. 😂 see more
  • Check out Doom: The Dark Ages New Gameplays!
@DoctorEldritch The developers did a amazing job with the surroundings and reminds a little of Red Faction. The graphics are stunning and the overall feel of the game looks smooth. I haven't listened to the soundtrack yet and won't really be bothered that much if the soundtrack is not good.... see more
  • Epic Games Store Free Game 6 - 13 March!
@DoctorEldritch I think I'm now too old to start learning Japanese. Won't be able to master it at all. I'm too forgetful these days. I need to get use to the subtitles, that's all. 🤣 Depends on the earphones you are using. If they are noise cancelling ones or in ear there is a good chance you... see more
  • Steam is having the NEXT FEST!
@DoctorEldritch Diablo 2 remastered also did good. I like the fact Diablo 2 has an option to switch between the remastered version and original one while you are playing. If I must take a guess you may have been a fan of a Blackberry when they were the hype. I had two of them and hoped the... see more
  • Check out Doom: The Dark Ages New Gameplays!
@DoctorEldritch I wonder how many things and event's weren't recorded or went unseen by people who could have written books and tell stories about it. The Dark Ages may be interesting after all and we don't really know half of it. see more
  • Do you prefer bigger or smaller games?
@DoctorEldritch Some do and with a series it's possible to follow and adhere to source material. The issue mostly is with movies. If the movie can be split into parts then yeah it's possible I guess but if there's no budget for it then they cram everything in and leave out material. I make sure... see more
