  • Steam is having Open World Survival Crafting Fest!
@ramax That's a bargain! Maybe they will offer it again. Yeah, it is on GamePass, but only a basic game. I do not play those on GamePass, I only go for those that are either free as complete editions or those that have no DLCs in the first place. see more
  • State of Play, May 2024
That's interesting, for my next PC I was actually thinking of going Tower. I've had laptops for about 15 years now and they are convenient for mobility, which was an important factor, but as I am settling down now I thought to opt for something more stationary and customizable. But if you say... see more

@GoLLuM13 Ah, I just read what @AmrAli1 wrote about GoW needing a PSN account to play. Not geo-blocking, but still... see more
  • Steam is having Open World Survival Crafting Fest!
@ramax Maybe the Summer Sale that @ChristianRasmussen mentioned would have it on a good offer. That's a nice attitude towards DLCs, I wish more developers would think that way. It helps the game, I think. That being said, I only play games once they get all the DLCs, that's one of my things... see more
  • State of Play, May 2024
@GoLLuM13 I do not mind, honestly, my summer is packed with games I want to play as is, and it is usually the time when I play less because you can actually do some outdoor activities, too. Second that on geo-blocking. Why is this even becoming an industry practice... see more
  • Wallpaper LEGION Gaming - May 2024
@ramax Ah, I know Bohème. Not that I get to use this word too much in everyday conversation, but Bohemian Rhapsody is famous enough. But I did not make this connection, maybe it is easier in French. The character biography is interesting, the parent/child conflict is often a fertile ground for... see more

@GoLLuM13 So they did announce it. 19th of September: Good to know... see more
  • Free game on STEAM : Plasma
@ramax Looks interesting, but a bit too technical and...how do I put it...design-intensive? I am into more dynamic games for fun, but this could be a great educational tool for kids to get them interested in programming and algorithmic coding. see more
  • Wallpaper LEGION Gaming - May 2024
@ramax Very nice. Though I do find it a bit funny in a good way that her name is reminiscent of a Malaysian tea brand. Was it intentional? see more
  • Steam is having Open World Survival Crafting Fest!
@ramax ah, yes, I remember you praising it. Custom handmade scenarios. It is odd though that the standard game is not on sale for this fest, only bundles are. And even with a discount they still cost a fortune... see more
  • Warhammer fans, save the date: 23rd of May!
@ChristianRasmussen That is sadly very true. Then again, I very rarely play games more than once. see more
  • Epic Games Store Free Games 30 May - 6 June
Hello Legion Gamers! Epic Games Store offers games for free every week. This week, the free game is... • Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II is out!
@Saka About customizable captions, I see them more and more these days, which is good. My note is that it would maybe help if there was an option to control the time of how long they are visible, or even maybe adjust the speed of cutscenes a bit (not so much that it would distort it, but somewhere... see more

  • Lenovo LOQ 15 review!
@Saka Oh my. Well, another advice I could give is to have an AC installed. At one point when I was working in Myanmar it was either remarkably warm or remarkably humid there all the time, but most rooms there have AC and laptops work fine in the environment they create. Though I understand it is by... see more
  • Today is Global Accessibility Awareness Day!
But also, if you lived there happily, then why "alas"? That is good to know, sometimes I try to find YT videos with decent captions and I can't, and automated ones show gibberish. Maybe in those cases, Windows ones would be better. But does that mean that it is possible not to look for YT videos... see more
  • Lenovo LOQ 15 review!
@Saka Ah, that could do it. I try to alleviate that by placing my laptop on a laptop stand like this: It makes air circulation easier, and if it gets too warm, I turn on the fans in the stand itself, too. Plus, it helps to keep the laptop screen at a good angle. see more
  • Check out Frostpunk 2 interview!
@Saka May depend on the problems, I guess. Some of the problems the 19th century had are not antiquated, but some are as prominent today as they were back then. see more
  • Lenovo LOQ 15 review!
@Saka Thank you for the update! It is good to know that you managed to sort out the drive. But what is wrong with Finnish summer? 😅 see more
  • Check out Lenovo booth at Elkjop Campus 2024 in Oslo!
@Saka That is true 😄 Though one of the charms of Moomins is that they forever live in an old, rustic world of calmer, more civilised times. The same place where childhood lives... Ah, I thought you meant some sort of Legion event at Muumimaailma. That may be an interesting event... see more
