@Ken3cento Verissimo il discorso sull'impianto elettrico, fin troppo ignorato e con rischi di danni non solo agli oggetti ma soprattutto alle persone.
Mi hai ricordato un episodio con la mia ragazza in videochiamata, dove sentivo costantemente un fortissimo rumore dal microfono in alcune chiamate e non capivamo da cosa dipendesse, anche perchè non costante.
Alla fine era proprio una lampada che appena spenta non causava più problemi. Poco dopo si è accorta che con tale lampada accessa anche nel case si sentiva un ronzio e chissà cosa ha rischiato.
Che quel problema di schermo possa anche essere causato da un problema simile non mi sento di escluderlo, ma capisco se si vuole andare a chiedere una sostituzione o rimborso ( ed è legittimo, ovviamente ). Un tentativo a casa di un amico comunque lo farei, e un giro di Timespy giusto per vedere anche che prestazioni medie ha la GPU.

Anche le lampadine "facendo parte" dell'impianto elettrico vanno sostituite se danno problemi.
Addirittura una lampadina led puo' saltare via come un pop corn. A me e' capitato! 😅
Qualche anno prima una lampadina ad incandescenza aveva un piccolo foro nel vetro. Chiaramente entrava aria... 😨
Anche delle lampadine guaste o difettose possono creare problemi nell'impianto elettrico. Meglio cambiarle se lampeggiano o si comportano in modo strano.

@Ken3cento davvero ottimo spunto di riflessione quello dell'impianto elettrico. Non sono un esperto in materia ma avevo letto qualcosa del genere in passato. In particolare, sul web ci sono articoli in lingua inglesa dove si ipotizza che un sovravoltaggio (electrical surge o power surge in inglese) possa essere una delle cause che provocano dead pixels sullo schermo. Quindi in pratica la soluzione dovrebbe essere quella di proteggersi contro voltaggi troppo elevati? Un gruppo di continuità quindi. O esistono anche altri marchingegni? (centraline, dispositivi di controllo, ecc..?)
Ma la mia domanda è: un sovravoltaggio nell'impianto di casa (cioè quando arriva più corrente del dovuto) non dovrebbe danneggiare tutti i pixels dello schermo? Perché soltanto alcuni? Se l'energia è troppa e arriva in modo anomalo, il danno non dovrebbe essere totale?
Per quanto riguarda i tests alle prese di casa mia, non ho ancora provato quello della lampadina ma voglio farlo. A casa però ho solo un abat jour preassemblata con lampadina montata sopra e cavetto da collegare alla presa. Spero vada bene come test.
Quello che ho notato io alle prese di casa mia è che a volte quando collego un cavo di alimentazione (sia esso di computer, di monitor, di cellulare o altro) fa una scossettina e a volte si illumina un pò di giallo. Con le ciabatte lo fa di frequente, invece con le prese soltanto qualche volta. Non so se possa essere sintomo di qualcosa che non va.
Per quanto mi riguarda io uso Il gruppo di continuita' APC per il computer desktop che ha un alimentatore corsair, non per il portatile che attacco normalmente ad una presa con interruttore.
Ci sono anche ciabatte con filtri vari e protezioni da sovratensioni con fusibile ecc. Non so quanto siano efficaci, dipende dall'impianto.
Se l'impianto ha grossi problemi non servono a molto. Anche gli elettrodomestici possono dare problemi.
Per quanto riguarda il gruppo di continuita' dipende anche qui. Io comunque chiederei al supporto tecnico di emtrambi i prodotti, ci possono essere dei dispositivi incompatibili con hardware specifico. Prima di comprare APC ed assemblare il PC ho chiesto se ci potevano essere incompatibilita' con l'alimentatore.
Quando mi assemblo un pc verifico tutto.
Per quanto riguarda i pixel dello schermo dipende... non e' detto che salti tutto lo schermo oppure non succeda niente. Bisogna prima appurare perche' si e' guastato. E' difettoso oppure e' l'impianto? Andiamo per esclusione.
In generale, ci possono essere i guasti intermedi.
E ci possono essere pure i guasti intermittenti.
Sul portatile attivo sempre l'opzione che limita la carica al 60% per evitare di rovinare la batteria se sta attaccato alla corrente.
Quando non serve spengo l'interruttore.
L'impianto elettrico dovrebbe come minimo essere dotato di massa a Terra.
Se hai dei seri dubbi che l'impianto elettrico abbia dei problemi suggerirei di farlo controllare da un elettricista di fiducia che non ti fa' cambiare tutto se non e' necessario.
Ti sapra' dire se ci sono dispersioni, sovratensioni ecc.
Io, avendo un gruppo di continuita' dotato di schermo LCD per il computer desktop, appena c'e' una piccola anomalia me ne accorgo subito.
Se non si e' pratici e' pericoloso usare un tester se le prese danno le scosse.
Il metodo della lampadina incandescente che emette una luce irregolare puo' indicare un problema, naturalmente la misurazione e' molto grossolana.
La lampadina chiaramente non deve essere difettosa altrimenti si pensa che la presa ha problemi quando invece ce l'ha la lampadina. Succede anche questo.
Per quanto riguarda le prese, se fanno scintille le cambio. Se non si e' pratici bisogna affidarsi ad un elettricista altrimenti si puo' morire se si viene folgorati.
Le ciabatte le apro, vedo se sono a posto. Ho buttato via delle ciabatte perche' erano ossidate oppure avevano l'interruttore guasto.
In ogni caso se si usa una presa o una ciabatta con iterruttore, ad esempio, e' sempre meglio attaccare la presa e poi si accende l'interruttore.
Non bisogna mai usare piu' di una ciabatta per presa ed evitare di usare una spina tripla dentro un'altra.
Anche quando si carica il cellulare e' sempre meglio collegare prima il cavo usb al cellulare e poi all'alimentatore prima di inserirlo nella presa.
Le prese/ciabatte/adattatori hanno dei limiti. Se attacco un forno elettrico da 2000W ad una presa che regge fino a 1500W non va' bene.
Poi ci sono le prese da 10A e da 16A.
Alla fine anche lo spessore dei cavi elettrici e' importante. Se sono troppo fini si scaldano e poi... bruciano. Un impianto elettrico non adeguato puo' causare incendi.
E poi ci sono i tubi!
La corrente fa' brutti scherzi anche ai tubi. Devo cambiare lo scaldabagno che perde perche' le dispersioni elettriche che arrivano ai tubi possono riempire di buchetti la serpentina, cosi' mi ha detto il tecnico. Siccome non fanno piu' il modello di scaldabagno non posso nemmeno cambiare la serpentina...
Comunque il tecnico mi ha anche detto che l'acqua che scorre nella serpentina in genere li chiude da soli, che roba strana!
Ma se il danno e' troppo grave addio scaldabagno...
Quando ci sono brutti temporali e fulmini e' sempre meglio evitare di toccare i tubi e i rubinetti se non sono a norma, non si sa' mai.
Il tecnico mi ha anche detto che se scaricano la Terra sui tubi (nei condomini specialmente) questo non va' molto bene!
L'impianto elettrico di casa per certi versi e' un po' come il sistema circolatorio umano.
Se ha un punto debole e' il primo punto che puo' cedere, poi dipende dove cede e quando. Se succede al cervello... Ictus! 😨

intanto ho chiesto la sostituzione ad amazon. Ma ho paura che, se fanno parte tutti di uno stesso lotto difettato di amazon, anche il sostituto possa arrivare con altri pixels difettati. E dalle recensioni sembra che fanno parte del lotto che il weekend del 1 maggio era in sconto a 1300 eur

Io l’ho preso il 25 aprile a 1422€ e non ho pixel difettati : almeno per quanto possa aver testato coi soliti siti di test
inizia o a pensare che quello sconto di 1307€ fosse un po’ “sospetto”

il legion 5 con la 3069 è da Amazon uk quindi con le tasse doganali incluse (c’è la forte possibilità che se lo prendi poi ti restituiscano le tasse doganali : mi è successo con un rx6600 xt presa da Amazon uk pagata 630€ ma dopo una settimana mi hanno restituito 116€ di tasse doganali che erano comprese nel prezzo)
per quanto riguarda gli sconti , dato che hanno annunciato i modelli 2022 è normale sono sempre modelli del 2021 anche se per un casual gaming vanno benissimo (c’è pur sempre una 3070 mobile che come tdp è equiparata ad una 3060 desktop)

ma noti anche tu che è rumorosissimo questo Legion 5 con la rtx 3070 quando si gioca? Anche se tolgo la modalità prestazioni e metto quella bilanciata o risparmio energetico, quando gioco con grafica discreta solo 3070 è una roba da rovinare l'udito, partono a raffica le ventole e non riesco a giocarci più di 10-15 minuti perché è insopportabile. Invece quando fai altre cose come navigazione, scrittura, film, è molto silenzioso e non lo senti proprio. Non me l'aspettavo così rumoroso nel gaming, è devastante, rovina completamente l'esperienza di gioco (o forse è il mio modello ad essere difettato anche in questo, boh)

È potente questa 3070 mobile del Legion 5 però. L'ho testata finora in Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Cyberpunk, Borderlands 3 e RE Village e come fps medi sta tra una rtx 2080 e una rtx 2080 super desktop. E in ray tracing è anche più potente della 2080 super perché ha oltre cinquemila cuda cores. Una vera bestia, non la piega nessun gioco nemmeno in 4k

ragazzi mi è venuto un dubbio, secondo voi qual è il modo giusto di connettere l'alimentazione al Legion 5? Chiarisco meglio mettendo queste foto:
in pratica il cavo di alimentazione è un maschio ad 1 pin che apparentemente può essere collegato sia dal lato metallico righettato a zig zag, sia dal lato metallico liscio. E in entrambi i casi, il cavo entra nella porta a 1 pin femmina sul retro del Legion 5. In entrambi i casi, il led di alimentazione si accende e il notebook funziona. Però, qual è il modo corretto di collegarlo tra questi due? Per evitare di danneggiare cavo/porta e soprattutto i componenti elettronici del notebook, bisogna fare entrare il cavo dal lato metallico righettato o dal lato metallico liscio? Non sono riuscito a trovare chiarimenti sulle istruzioni cartacee del Legion, per evitare di danneggiare il notebook

Io sono fiducioso nel ritenere che sia esattamente lo stesso: il plug non credo entri in contatto con conduttori nella parte alta e bassa della porta. Ci sono due punti in cui va in contatto ai lati e sono assolutamente identici. Anche il fatto che il maschio sia completamente simmetrico mi fa ritenere che si possa utilizzare senza preoccuparsi di scegliere un verso.
Qualcuno ha opinioni discordanti?

@Ambro197575 e allora perché mi succede soltanto con l'alimentatore del Lenovo Legion 5? Ho altre decine di spine e alimentatori a casa e non hanno questi problemi: monitor pc, frigo, tv, lavatrice, microonde, caricatori smartphone tutti perfetti e senza bruciature
Io ho Legion 5 Pro con una presa inglese, quindi non posso fare un paragone diretto, ma se vedi in foto, anche i miei due conduttori dove passa energia hanno caratteristiche simili alla tua presa (vedi la differenza con la massa, il terzo conduttore metallico, bello pulito). Credo sia dovuto all'alto flusso energetico che richiama il nostro bell'alimentatore... (io ho quello da 230W, tu?)... e non ho un impianto perfetto cmq.
Se qualcun altro vuole, potrebbe postare le sue foto della presa? come e' il vostro impanto?
Io ho Legion 5 Pro con una presa inglese, quindi non posso fare un paragone diretto, ma se vedi in foto, anche i miei due conduttori dove passa energia hanno caratteristiche simili alla tua presa (vedi la differenza con la massa, il terzo conduttore metallico, bello pulito). Credo sia dovuto all'alto flusso energetico che richiama il nostro bell'alimentatore... (io ho quello da 230W, tu?)... e non ho un impianto perfetto cmq.

ah si infatti. Grazie, molto utile il tuo contributo. In effetti il tuo caso è simile al mio: i due poli neutro e fase hanno gli arcing marks simili a bruciature, mentre quello centrale di messa a terra non ha nessun segno. Quindi già siamo in due ad avere lo stesso problema...interessante. Ma tu lo attacchi direttamente alla presa a muro? Usi riduzioni/convertitori? Oppure ancora: lo colleghi tramite UPS o ciabatte surge protector? E hai mai notato piccole scintille o piccole scosse nel collegare/scollegare la spina al tuo impianto elettrico?

@lenogamer io sono in una casa in affitto e sono certo l'impianto non sia stato revisionato dal almeno 10 anni.
Uno una ciabatta basic in realta'.
In effetti noto scosse quando attacco il charger alla ciabatta mentre e' gia' collegato al laptop! Cerco sempre di attaccare il trasformatore alla presa quando e' scollegato dal pc, ma a volta mi distraggo!
Iniziero' a seguire anche io i preziosi consigli che i ragazzi hanno dato nei commenti precedenti!

grazie per aver condiviso anche la tua esperienza Wersus. Spero che almeno tu non abbia dead pixels sullo schermo. Tra l'altro ho appena visto su trovaprezzi e adesso il Legion 5 con la rtx 3070 si trova a 1257 eur su uno degli store italiani (non faccio il nome per privacy), che è un prezzo molto basso, più basso dei 1307 eur di offerta in cui lo vendeva Amazon nel weekend del 1 maggio e da cui io lo comprai. Chissà il perché di un prezzo così basso...spero che chi lo comprerà non troverà soprese come pixels bruciati o altri problemi che ho trovato io "in offerta"

alla fine ho fatto la pazzia e l’ho acquistato perché mi serviva qualcosa di più “portable “ rispetto al legion 5 (che considerando macchina unito all’alimentatore da 300W arriva a pesare abbastanza il tutto)

in merito al bloatware arriva solo con i soliti Office / macafee e Spotify in più (da togliere)

secondo Lenovo Legion 5 con i pixels bruciati in due settimane!
ragazzi stamattina mi è arrivato il Legion 5 sostitutivo "nuovo", sempre con rtx 3070 e ryzen 5800H. L'ho provato, per scrupolo ed eccesso di zelo, non ho voluto neanche collegarlo alla corrente onde evitare che il problema pixels fosse causato dal mio impianto elettrico: acceso con la carica residua della batteria stock al 47%, configurato Win11 in pochi minuti, arrivato al desktop fatto il pixel test e ne ho trovati 4 bruciati ecco qua:
poi l'ho portato a casa di un amico, collegato alla corrente a casa sua - non ha mai avuto problemi di pixels con nessun monitor in vita sua - et voilà il problema si presenta uguale uguale. Schermata del Bios stessa cosa.
Per la cronaca, arrivato direttamente dal depot ufficiale Lenovo in Slovacchia ( Staré Mesto ) la manufacturing date indica 7 aprile 2022, mentre l'altro che ho mandato indietro era 15 marzo 2022. Quindi sono due lotti produttivi diversi, entrambi difettati....e meno male che qualcuno qui sul forum diceva tranquillo i pixels bruciati sono problemi rari, è solo sfiga che capita raramente e colpisce neanche 2-3% dei casi. Io invece 100% dei casi con pixels difettati.
Mai più Lenovo in vita mia. Esperienza delle peggiori in assoluto. Farò il reso e chiederò il rimborso.

@lenogamer sinceramente mi dispiace per il difetto, al posto tuo anche io sarei deluso. Però per esperienza personale, ho avuto la prova della competenza anche dei tecnici Lenovo. ieri ho avuto un problema con un accumulo di energia nella batteria del legion 5 pro che ne causava un riavvio in continuo, pensavo fosse un grave problema ma ho contattato i tecnici Lenovo via whatsapp ed il tutto è stato risolto in pochi minuti.
Personalmente, nel tuo caso, acquisterei la premium care che ti permette di far venire a casa tua un tecnico Lenovo che ti sostituisce direttamente il display con uno nuovo e senza difetti.
Molti qui si sono trovati benissimo con questa soluzione rapida.

@Flobulo ma cosa dici? giorni fa chiamai al numero del supporto premium care 800 935 533 per segnalare il problema dei pixels al primo Legion 5 e furono di una incompetenza assoluta, addirittura mi dissero formatta e vedi se il problema si risolve! Senza parole, una cosa del genere detta da tecnici di un supporto premium. Quindi sono due lotti produttivi diversi, entrambi difettati....e meno male che qualcuno qui sul forum diceva tranquillo i pixels bruciati sono problemi rari, è solo sfiga che capita raramente e colpisce neanche 2-3% dei casi. Io invece 100% dei casi con pixels difettati.
Mai più Lenovo in vita mia. Esperienza delle peggiori in assoluto. Farò il reso e chiederò il rimborso.
Oh che peccato! Mi dispiace molto che si sia ripresentato lo stesso problema... avrei preferito un lieto fine alla vicenda. Fortunatamente con il reso risolvi a monte il problema 😅
Ovviamente considera che in un forum ognuno condivide la propria esperienza personale o le informazioni che ha raccolto, al fine di condividerle con gli altri. Quindi ringrazio ancora una volta i membri della community che hanno lasciato i loco consigli e le loro opinioni, così come ringrazio te per aver condiviso questa esperienza della quale comunque faremo tutti tesoro! 😉
Sarebbe interessante se ci rendessi partecipi sui tuoi prossimi passi, una volta avuto il rimborso. Facci sapere per quale brand opti e come ti trovi, se ti va ovviamente!

Purtroppo le esperienze negative possono capitare sia sull'hardware che con agenti del supporto... un po' ovunque. Ma capisco che le circostanze non ti abbiano avvicinato al brand... 😅

Ciao ti posso rispondere sulla questione del “non riconoscere i pixel bruciati” come difetti
sovente i produttori di pannelli (mi è successo con un monitor LG acquistato nuovo che aveva 1 pixel bruciato) non riconoscono il pannello come difettato fino a 4 pixel difettosi inclusi
anche nel controllo qualità per loro da 0 a 4 pixel difettosi non è un difetto di fabbrica
ho comprato un portatile Legion 5, 16 GB Ram (8x2), processore ryzen 7 5800h, grafica Nvidia 3070, shermo 15 pollici 1080p e purtroppo è arrivato con tre pixel carbonizzati o non so come chiamarli nel senso che restano sempre di colore giallognolo-verdastro e su sfondi scuri o neri sono fastidiosissimi tanto che mi disgusta usare il portatile. Vedere i film è bruttissimo e anche lavorarci. Metto delle foto spero si veda il problema
Ho provato di tutto, anche a resettare il sistema operativo e avviare in modalità avanzata ma niente da fare, restano sempre. Ho chiamato telefonicamente sia il rivenditore sia Lenovo ma il primo non accetta sostituzione mentre il secondo mi ha detto che possono soltanto fare una riparazione ma non si sa quando lo schermo sarà disponibile e potrei dover aspettare anche mesi. Sono molto dispiaciuto perché il portatile è nuovo, l'ho pagato 1499 euro e preso da nexths in Italia. Inoltre non riuscirei neanche a rivenderlo di seconda mano perché con quel problema sullo schermo così brutto non lo comprerebbe nessuno pur rivendendolo a un prezzo basso. Che fare?

tramite lenovo vantage fai upgrade della garanzia a premium (con codice sconto trovato dentro alla scatola ti viene a costare circa 59€) e ti mandano il tecnico a casa a sostituirti il pannello
il pannello te lo inviano qualche giorno prima
se l’avessi preso da Amazon avresti potuto chiedere la sostituzione (come successo ad un altro utente con lo stesso tuo problema )
quindi unica alternativa per me è investire questi 60€ per estendere la garanzia a livello premium

Ok proverò questa procedura lunedì. Non ho comprato su Amazon di proposito perché in passato ho avuto brutte esperienze con i resi: fanno passare mesi prima di accreditarti il rimborso e l'anno scorso comprai un Tv ma dovetti restituirlo perché aveva un backlight bleeding esagerato dopo averlo provato solo per pochi minuti. Restituito tutto nella scatola originale, imballaggi ed etichette intatte, praticamente nuovo. Dopo un mese e mezzo dalla restituzione Amazon mi accreditò solo 1700 euro anziché i 2200 euro che avevo speso per comprarlo nuovo: alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni non risposero per settimane, e dopo tante insistenze mi sentii dire che l'articolo non era stato restituito nuovo e che l'avevo usato perciò avevano potuto farmi soltanto un rimborso parziale! Dei veri ladri truffatori, ne parlai anche con un avvocato ma mi consigliò di lasciar perdere perchè contro Amazon è impossibile spuntarla e lui aveva avuto già altri casi di gente a cui era stata rimborsata solo una parte della somma d'acquisto. Ecco perché ho deciso di non comprare il Legion da Amazon. Però a quanto pare sono rimasto fregato comunque. Non mi resta che tentare la via della riparazione con Lenovo anche se per telefono non mi sono parsi gentili ma molto seccati

Attualmente non ci ho fatto praticamente nulla se non installare varie cose ed utilizzo basico basico di chrome, ma la batteria vola proprio, volevo chiedervi se avete qualche consiglio o modo per tenere a bada questo ingordo, grazie in anticipo.

se è il modello con i nuovi Intel 12th gen non vi puoi fare molto sono processori parecchio energivori

Riguardo la batteria, che utilizzo ne vuoi fare senza alimentazione elettrica e per quanto tempo circa? Così ti dico come ottimizzerei.
Ah, e prova anche a chiudere il software iCue di Corsair quando sei in batteria ( gestione della tastiera RGB ) che ha dato problemi grossi di consumo e vedi se migliori.

@Dimax Ti faccio un elenco di ottimizzazioni che puoi fare:
- puoi usare la Modalità Ibrida invece che GPU Dedicata se il tuo maggiore interesse è quello
- tramite Fn+R cambiare il Refresh Rate a 60Hz quando in batteria, e premerlo di nuovo dopo quando torni ad alimentazione diretta
- come giustamente hai detto tu, risparmio energetico attivo ma consiglio anche di andare nelle Impostazioni Avanzate di Risparmio Energia e nelle opzioni imposta il livello Max di prestazioni del processore al 99% con la batteria ( col 100% lui andrà in Boost, che consuma di più ma immagino non ti serva )
- controlla l'iCue software che ho indicato sopra e chiudilo anche da Task Manager se possibile, poichè è stato segnalato che ha causato vari problemi di consumo in background ( non sono certo che sia uscito un update in merito )
- Abbassate la luminosità ha comunque effetto, specie su soglie basse come 50-70%
- Evita Chrome se possibile e passa ad altri browser come Firefox oppure Opera ( anche GX )
Comunque valuta che l'autonomia media varia dalle 2 ore alle 6, dipende moltissimo da tante varie impostazioni e programmi in sottofondo. Se sfori le 3 ore già sei messo abbastanza bene. Ricorda inoltre che puoi usare l'USB-C per alimentare a 100-135W, per evitare ingombri se devi spostarti spesso col Legion ma hai accesso a delle prese elettriche, anche USB.

Legion Community enables its registered users (the “Users") to post and share content, such as information about Lenovo products, services, events, social media activity and videos ("Content”) to the Platform.
Legion Community is provided by Lenovo through the services of Standing on Giants subject to these Terms (“Terms”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. If we amend the Terms, we will post the amended Terms on this page and indicate at the top of the page the date the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
By accessing or using Legion Community you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, then you should not access or use the Platform.
Lenovo’s decision in relation to any aspect of Legion Community and these Terms is final and binding.
Your Use of Legion Community Platform
ELIGIBILITY. This Program is open to Participants who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry. Lenovo allows you to submit posts or link content to Legion Community, including photos, images, videos, sounds, comments, links, tweets, likes, and other materials. A Legion Community moderator will moderate all posts after publication. Lenovo reserves the right to remove user’s content that it considers to be irrelevant to the purpose of the platform, or that it considers violates any of these Terms. Lenovo may also post or link to the Platform any of your Content that you make available to Lenovo for the Platform. You are solely responsible for your Content that is posted or linked to the Platform and Lenovo accepts no liability for your Content.
You grant Lenovo and other users of the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, publish, re-post, re-tweet, and distribute your Content on or in connection with the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary in your Content for it to be on or available from the Platform, and that the posting and use of your Content on or through the Platform does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. Representations and Warranties

When using Legion Community, you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and all terms of use and similar rules concerning your use of any Social Media Outlet or other third party publishing platform.
Upon our request made to you from time to time, you will cooperate with us and allow us access to your systems, communications, and records solely in connection with determining your compliance with these Terms.
Visiting Third Party Websites
The Platform may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, products, services, offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Lenovo. Lenovo does not assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, services or offers. If you access any third party website, product, service, or content from the Platform, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Lenovo will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, product, service, or content.
Trademarks and Ownership of Intellectual Property
Lenovo™, the Lenovo logo, and certain other product names and phrases are trademarks or service marks of Lenovo in the U.S. and/or other countries. Termination
You may terminate use of the Platform at any time for any reason (in other words, un-register). Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Following termination, Lenovo may retain your Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Lenovo and its other users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, and distribute any of your Content that other users have stored or shared through the Platform.
Indemnification

Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with Lenovo’s Data Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Lenovo in connection with the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenovo concerning the Platform.
