Spero tu possa cambiare idea col tempo sul Legion 5 Pro... qui siamo mediamente tutti molto soddisfatti (sia della versione AMD - maggioranza- che intel - la mia-)
Ha preso il legion 5 pro full spech. Versione amd.
5800, 32gb, 3070 e due ssd da 1tb.
Peccato per questo problema che denota un quality check inesistente perché basta accenderlo per notare il problema...

Guarda, per la situazione valuta tu se vale la pena di chiedere il Premium Care.
Data la natura del problema, il mio dubbio è che sia o lo schermo intero ad avere problemi oppure un collegamento che alimenta lo schermo ( ne ho avuto uno simile con un Acer molti anni fa ).
Da quel che so, il tuo caso non è così comune per questo modello:
Come detto nella mia esperienza personale, io ho scelto per 50 euro di risolvere il problema evitando spedizioni varie e con l'assistenza a casa, ma capisco che tu sia anche molto, ma molto scocciato per via della situazione e della importante spesa.
Il mio consiglio è di valutare un po' il tutto, ma ti dico da UTENTE( lo voglio sottolineare, perchè non sono in alcun modo affiliato a Lenovo ) come ragionerei io al posto tuo.
Se farai una procedura di rimborso sicuramente aspetterai un paio di settimane, che saranno necessarie anche se chiederai assistenza ( tra spedizione del componente e altro ) e che poi dovrai ovviamente trovare un portatile equivalente e aspettare per la nuova spedizione. Tutto questo sarebbe molto accelerato se c'è Amazon in mezzo ( se l'hai preso da Amazon il rimborso è più rapido, come è più rapido se prendi un laptop da loro ).
Io ho ragionato così, per aver deciso di fare il Premium Care: prima o poi, se sfiga decide che sarà così, avrò bisogno di assistenza tecnica e quindi, anche se ovviamente è una scocciatura enorme uscire altri soldi, almeno per due anni non mi sbatto tra corrieri e attese varie, e se me lo sistemano perlomeno me lo fanno a casa in una mattinata.
Se per te questo ragionamento già non vale non solo per la spesa, ma anche per principio ( ed è comprensibilissimo ), allora già da adesso valuta alternative d'acquisto ( posso pure suggerirti in privato sui modelli se non sei ferrato o aggiornato: sono arrivato al 5 Pro dopo mesi e mesi di ricerche e confronti, quindi so più o meno cosa offre il mercato ).
In ogni caso, da utente a utente, sono a tua disposizione per ogni successivo aiuto o chiarimento, perchè la sofferenza nell'acquistare Laptop e componenti PC in generale di questi 2 anni purtroppo ci ha tutti sulla stessa sbilenca e altalenante barca.
Stavo realmente pensando alla premium care, anche perché spedire in assistenza il pc sono cmq circa 20 euro e per "poco" più hai una assistenza in loco che sicuramente è un bel plus, e soprattutto vedi come ti trattano il pc. :D

Se non erro non spendi comunque per spedire il PC, perchè è a carico loro. La spedizione la paghi tu se il problema non gli si presenta e quindi glielo hai spedito a vuoto ( che decisamente non è il tuo caso, manco per sbaglio da come descrivi ).
In ogni caso, la riparazione OnSite per 50 euro secondo me vale la pena, anche solo per lo sbatti futuro.
Se leggi il mio post, il tecnico è venuto persino 2 volte a casa mia per via di una loro mancanza per la cornicetta nella prima spedizione, ma comunque non hanno lesinato a fargli fare 3 ore di viaggio andata e altre 3 di ritorno per mettere una cornicetta.
Perchè lo fanno? Semplicemente perchè tra tutti quelli che fanno l'upgrade preventivo ci sono molti che non ne usufruiranno mai e guadagnano da lì, oltre che dalla buona pubblicità di chi vede il problema risolto comodamente o con poche risorse da parte loro ( chessò, un tecnico che riparerà nella stessa città della sede un problema che richiede un componente che non gli costa neanche tanto, tipo la cornicetta appunto ).

Cliccate su "Ripristina Driver"
Vi chiederà il motivo, indicategli che alcune App non funzionano
Se è andato tutto bene, come driver ora vedrete l'ultimo installato con gli Adrenalin
Riavviate, provate ad aprire AMD Software e dovrebbe aprirsi senza problemi.

Ciao! Io ho poi ordinato al black friday, a 1270€ da sito ufficiale, un Legion 5 fullHD@165HZ, 5800H+3060, 16GB, 1TB, 80Wh+300W, retroilluminazione solo bianca per risparmiare 20 euro 😅. Spedizione diceva in 5-6 settimane.
Il nome in codice è 82JUCTO1WW, che penso sia quello generico dei Legion 5 configurabili.
Cmq esce fuori un simil 82JU015UIX, solo con alimentatore da 300W e senza OS.
Purtroppo ho ordinato di botto, di notte, pensando che sarebbero finiti subito il 26/11. Invece sono rimasti per un po' di giorni a quel prezzo. Per cui ora ho delle domande che avrei dovuto fare prima di comprare 😅:
1. Ci sono speranze che i tempi siano più brevi? Variazioni delle tempistiche e tracking vengono comunicati via mail? Perché a me non fa vedere l'ordine sul sito: non so se perché ho ordinato passando tramite Universitybox o perché ho ordinato da loggato con il mio account Lenovo, invece che da estraneo al sito. Mi hanno detto all'assistenza che a chi ordina da ''estraneo'' mandano n. ordine e password e può facilitare le cose... Non è un buon inizio, Lenovo.
2. Ma secondo voi potevo evitare di prendere l'alimentatore da 300W? L'ho fatto per stare tranquillo perché ho visto che cmq alcune configurazioni simili alla mia ce l'hanno, in particolare quella provata da Jarrod's tech 😁. Cmq anche scegliendo la 80Wh non cambia automaticamente alimentatore in quello da 300W.
3. Per quanto riguarda lo schermo, ho un dubbio: l'inserzione della controparte configurabile non riporta le diciture ''Dolby Vision, Free-Sync, G-Sync''; ma è solo perché è una descrizione più generica e incompleta, no? Alla fine, guardando su psref, esiste un solo schermo fullhd a 165 Hz ed ha tutte quelle caratteristiche, no?
4. Anche sulla sheda wifi, per la variante configurabile riporta bluetooth 5.0 invece di 5.1, mentre su psref è scritto sempre 5.1, su ogni variante. Per quanto sono consapevole che molto probabilmente arriverà con la Realtek (scarsa), dovrebbe essere la Realtek RTL8852AE - secondo Jarrod's tech - e dovrebbe avere cmq un bluetooth >5.0. Quindi trattasi anche qui di informazioni incomplete per questa inserzione configurabile?
5. Ed ora veniamo alla cosa su cui ho i dubbi maggiori di aver sbagliato. Mi sa che ho sbagliato con l'SSD. O meglio mi sono fatto fregare, perché il configuratore è davvero al limite della truffa, a meno che non c'è un errore, ma praticamente da sempre...
Quando si configura il notebook, di default imposta solo un SSD ''secondario'' da 512 GB e nulla alla voce ''first solid state drive''. Questo anche se si sceglie di acquistarlo con Windows. Quindi il sistema viene installato su quello che dovrebbe essere l'SSD ''secondario'' (cioè nello slot a sinistra, credo)? Oppure è un errore del configuratore e, anche se dice ''secondario'' in realtà sarà un SSD ''primario'' quello presente di default e su cui eventualmente sarà installaro il SO?
Io, pensando ad un errore del configuratore, e soprattutto, che non ci fosse differenza tra gli SSD definiti come primari e secondari e tra i due slot, ho semplicemente scelto un SSD da 1TB, ma nella sezione ''secondario'', lasciando come di default (nulla) l'opzione per l'SSD primario.
Ho sbagliato? Mi trovo con un SSD più scarso perché ''da archivio'' e costretto ad aggiungere la spesa per un SSD ''primario''?
Se sì, è veramente poco chiara la cosa sul sito e direi al limite della truffa. Non si capisce perché di default e con un OS selezionato, il disco che danno sia un ''secondario'' e non un ''primario''. Senza contare che - non ricordo com'era quando ho fatto io - ora se si vuole selezionare un ''primario'' c'è solo il taglio da 1TB, che non può essere scelto da solo, ma solo accoppiato ad un secondario da 1TB, con un incremento di 280€ totali sul prezzo...
Sul riepilogo delle caratteristiche dell'ordine ho scritto ''Second Solid State Drive - SSD 1 TB M.2 2280''. Al momento dell'ordine il configuratore lo chiama ''Unità disco fisso''.
Insomma penso sia un errore di traduzione (manca il nome ''secondario'' e lo chiama genericamente ''Unità disco fisso'') + un errore proprio del configuratore che inverte le modalità di selezione dei due. Al call center pre-vendita - l'unico che mi ha saputo dire qualcosa - una mi ha detto che non sa perché è così il sito, ma cmq non ci dovrebbero essere problemi: se si sceglie solo un disco ''secondario'', non sarà inferiore in prestazioni o con altre problematiche circa l'installazione del SO. Insomma non dovrei smontare il notebook appena arriva e dovrebbero piazzarlo nello slot di destra.
6. In caso si può modificare l'ordine, senza annullare, prima della spedizione?
Tra configuratore confusionario, sito internet e call center... non è un buon inizio, Lenovo.

innanzitutto ti rassicuro da subito anticipando che molto probabilmente i tuoi dubbi non dovrebbero portare a conclusioni negative. Premettendo, come sempre, che non sono affiliato a Lenovo ma riferisco per ciò che ho visto e osservato tra chi ha avuto i Lenovo Legion di quest'anno, rispondo ai tuoi dubbi.
1) Non so dei problemi riguardo la ricerca dell'ordine, ma in teoria la stima è fatta proprio al limite. In questo periodo non mi pare ci siano ritardi quindi sì, è probabile che tu riceva il portatile prima ( anche se non so quanto sono adesso carichi con gli ordini del Black Friday: forse il tuo ostacolo più di Lenovo sono i corrieri impegnati ). Io con una stima identica alla tua ho ricevuto il laptop in 10gg, ma si parla di Aprile.
2) L'alimentatore non era strettamente necessario da 230W per via della 3060, ma è stato comunque osservato che in alcuni casi quella configurazione arriva circa sui 210W di consumo massimo, quindi forse esistono dei picchi in cui tocca i 230W che però nel tuo caso non verrebbero frenati. Per 20 euro, io personalmente avrei comunque preso la capienza massima. Inoltre non preoccuparti per i consumi: il laptop consumerà quel che deve, non assorbirà la massima capienza solo perchè disponibile.
3) Che io sappia esiste solo un tipo di schermo 165Hz sui Legion 2021 ( esistono 2 o 3 schermi equivalenti come modello, ma dovrebbero essere tutti e 3 identici come caratteristiche e la differenza è solo utile in caso di riparazione ). In ogni caso quando ti arriverà ti accorgerai subito se avrai la funzione dalle impostazionin NVidia e Windows. Direi che quasi certamente hai quello con tutte quelle caratteristiche.
4) La Realtek citata da Jarrod è molto utilizzata nei laptop proprio per via di ritardi nella distribuzione da parte di Intel questa estate, e non solo per Legion ma anche per tanti altri modelli di altre marche ( sempre fascia gaming ). Non credo che avrei chissà che variazioni di performance, in teoria, anche perchè se mai dovessi proprio cambiarla si tratta di 20 euro per una scheda WiFi per il laptop, che è accessibile e sostituibile. Ribadisco comunque che secondo me anche se fosse Realtek non dovresti avere problemi.
5) Quella parte della configurazione per me è un errore grave che ho visto presente in tutti i siti europei di Lenovo. In ogni caso, che sia secondario o primario non cambia praticamente nulla per Windows come prestazioni e come installazione. Non mi dilungo oltre nei dettagli ma fidati: non te ne curerai praticamente mai della cosa, anche quando comprerai un altro SSD per metterlo nello slot libero. Io ho esattamente acquistato come te.
6) No, una volta piazzato l'ordine in sostanza in fabbrica arriva loro l'ordine di assemblaggio ed è quello. Se annulli prima della spedizione, dipende a che punto del processo sono arrivati: se hai ripensamenti chiamali il prima possibile, ma se i tuoi dubbi erano riguardo quanto detto sopra direi che puoi semplicemente aspettare. Non sono aggiornato sulla attuale disponibilità dei Legion 2021 e se sia facile ordinarli adesso, ma qualora non lo fossero ti direi di valutare molto bene o potresti rischiare di protrarre il tuo acquisto all'anno prossimo.

Lenovo reserves the right to remove user’s content that it considers to be irrelevant to the purpose of the platform, or that it considers violates any of these Terms. Lenovo may also post or link to the Platform any of your Content that you make available to Lenovo for the Platform. You are solely responsible for your Content that is posted or linked to the Platform and Lenovo accepts no liability for your Content.
You grant Lenovo and other users of the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, publish, re-post, re-tweet, and distribute your Content on or in connection with the Platform.

Lenovo Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws, and, as between you and Lenovo, Lenovo owns and retains all copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other intellectual property rights in and to Lenovo Content and the Platform (the “Intellectual Property”). Lenovo reserves all rights in the Lenovo Content and Intellectual Property not expressly granted in these Terms. Lenovo does not permit the use of the Lenovo Content or its Intellectual Property in advertising, as an endorsement for any product or service, or for any other purpose, commercial or otherwise, without the prior express written permission of Lenovo.
Termination
You may terminate use of the Platform at any time for any reason (in other words, un-register). Lenovo may terminate or suspend your right to use the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Lenovo may terminate the Platform at any time without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Following termination, Lenovo may retain your Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Lenovo and its other users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, and distribute any of your Content that other users have stored or shared through the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lenovo and its employees, officers, affiliates and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with any of the following: (i) Your Content or your misuse of the Platform; (ii) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; (iv) your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances or orders of any governmental authorities, including, without limitation, all regulatory, administrative and legislative authorities; or (v) any misrepresentation made by you. You will cooperate as reasonably requested by Lenovo with respect to any such claim. Lenovo reserves the right to assume control of the defence or settlement of any such claim, and you will not in any event settle any such claim without the prior written consent of Lenovo.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with Lenovo’s Data Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Lenovo in connection with the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenovo concerning the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability
Neither Lenovo nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, third party content providers, sponsors, or licensors warrant that the Site will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free. THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, LENOVO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES BASED ON A COURSE OF DEALING. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENOVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR USE, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE LEGION COMMUNITY, EVEN IF LENOVO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES IN ADVANCE.
