@Flobulo ma cosa dici? giorni fa chiamai al numero del supporto premium care 800 935 533 per segnalare il problema dei pixels al primo Legion 5 e furono di una incompetenza assoluta, addirittura mi dissero formatta e vedi se il problema si risolve! Senza parole, una cosa del genere detta da tecnici di un supporto premium. Poi richiamai una seconda volta e un altro operatore mi disse noi non riconosciamo questo difetto e non possiamo farti nessuna sostituzione e poi mi disse comprati un monitor esterno e collegalo il notebook al monitor esterno! Sono cose da dire ad un cliente? Per quanto mi riguarda, andato male anche questo secondo tentativo fatto con il venditore Amazon, per me mai più Lenovo in vita mia. Chiusa la partita
Ciao ti posso rispondere sulla questione del “non riconoscere i pixel bruciati” come difetti
sovente i produttori di pannelli (mi è successo con un monitor LG acquistato nuovo che aveva 1 pixel bruciato) non riconoscono il pannello come difettato fino a 4 pixel difettosi inclusi
anche nel controllo qualità per loro da 0 a 4 pixel difettosi non è un difetto di fabbrica
ho comprato un portatile Legion 5, 16 GB Ram (8x2), processore ryzen 7 5800h, grafica Nvidia 3070, shermo 15 pollici 1080p e purtroppo è arrivato con tre pixel carbonizzati o non so come chiamarli nel senso che restano sempre di colore giallognolo-verdastro e su sfondi scuri o neri sono fastidiosissimi tanto che mi disgusta usare il portatile. Vedere i film è bruttissimo e anche lavorarci. Metto delle foto spero si veda il problema
Ho provato di tutto, anche a resettare il sistema operativo e avviare in modalità avanzata ma niente da fare, restano sempre. Ho chiamato telefonicamente sia il rivenditore sia Lenovo ma il primo non accetta sostituzione mentre il secondo mi ha detto che possono soltanto fare una riparazione ma non si sa quando lo schermo sarà disponibile e potrei dover aspettare anche mesi. Sono molto dispiaciuto perché il portatile è nuovo, l'ho pagato 1499 euro e preso da nexths in Italia. Inoltre non riuscirei neanche a rivenderlo di seconda mano perché con quel problema sullo schermo così brutto non lo comprerebbe nessuno pur rivendendolo a un prezzo basso. Che fare?

tramite lenovo vantage fai upgrade della garanzia a premium (con codice sconto trovato dentro alla scatola ti viene a costare circa 59€) e ti mandano il tecnico a casa a sostituirti il pannello
il pannello te lo inviano qualche giorno prima
se l’avessi preso da Amazon avresti potuto chiedere la sostituzione (come successo ad un altro utente con lo stesso tuo problema )
quindi unica alternativa per me è investire questi 60€ per estendere la garanzia a livello premium

Ok proverò questa procedura lunedì. Non ho comprato su Amazon di proposito perché in passato ho avuto brutte esperienze con i resi: fanno passare mesi prima di accreditarti il rimborso e l'anno scorso comprai un Tv ma dovetti restituirlo perché aveva un backlight bleeding esagerato dopo averlo provato solo per pochi minuti. Restituito tutto nella scatola originale, imballaggi ed etichette intatte, praticamente nuovo. Dopo un mese e mezzo dalla restituzione Amazon mi accreditò solo 1700 euro anziché i 2200 euro che avevo speso per comprarlo nuovo: alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni non risposero per settimane, e dopo tante insistenze mi sentii dire che l'articolo non era stato restituito nuovo e che l'avevo usato perciò avevano potuto farmi soltanto un rimborso parziale! Dei veri ladri truffatori, ne parlai anche con un avvocato ma mi consigliò di lasciar perdere perchè contro Amazon è impossibile spuntarla e lui aveva avuto già altri casi di gente a cui era stata rimborsata solo una parte della somma d'acquisto. Ecco perché ho deciso di non comprare il Legion da Amazon. Però a quanto pare sono rimasto fregato comunque. Non mi resta che tentare la via della riparazione con Lenovo anche se per telefono non mi sono parsi gentili ma molto seccati

Attualmente non ci ho fatto praticamente nulla se non installare varie cose ed utilizzo basico basico di chrome, ma la batteria vola proprio, volevo chiedervi se avete qualche consiglio o modo per tenere a bada questo ingordo, grazie in anticipo.

Riguardo la batteria, che utilizzo ne vuoi fare senza alimentazione elettrica e per quanto tempo circa? Così ti dico come ottimizzerei.
Ah, e prova anche a chiudere il software iCue di Corsair quando sei in batteria ( gestione della tastiera RGB ) che ha dato problemi grossi di consumo e vedi se migliori.

@Dimax Ti faccio un elenco di ottimizzazioni che puoi fare:
- puoi usare la Modalità Ibrida invece che GPU Dedicata se il tuo maggiore interesse è quello
- tramite Fn+R cambiare il Refresh Rate a 60Hz quando in batteria, e premerlo di nuovo dopo quando torni ad alimentazione diretta
- come giustamente hai detto tu, risparmio energetico attivo ma consiglio anche di andare nelle Impostazioni Avanzate di Risparmio Energia e nelle opzioni imposta il livello Max di prestazioni del processore al 99% con la batteria ( col 100% lui andrà in Boost, che consuma di più ma immagino non ti serva )
- controlla l'iCue software che ho indicato sopra e chiudilo anche da Task Manager se possibile, poichè è stato segnalato che ha causato vari problemi di consumo in background ( non sono certo che sia uscito un update in merito )
- Abbassate la luminosità ha comunque effetto, specie su soglie basse come 50-70%
- Evita Chrome se possibile e passa ad altri browser come Firefox oppure Opera ( anche GX )
Comunque valuta che l'autonomia media varia dalle 2 ore alle 6, dipende moltissimo da tante varie impostazioni e programmi in sottofondo. Se sfori le 3 ore già sei messo abbastanza bene. Ricorda inoltre che puoi usare l'USB-C per alimentare a 100-135W, per evitare ingombri se devi spostarti spesso col Legion ma hai accesso a delle prese elettriche, anche USB.

Legion Community enables its registered users (the “Users") to post and share content, such as information about Lenovo products, services, events, social media activity and videos ("Content”) to the Platform.
Legion Community is provided by Lenovo through the services of Standing on Giants subject to these Terms (“Terms”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. If we amend the Terms, we will post the amended Terms on this page and indicate at the top of the page the date the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
By accessing or using Legion Community you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, then you should not access or use the Platform.

Your Use of Legion Community Platform

Lenovo reserves the right to remove user’s content that it considers to be irrelevant to the purpose of the platform, or that it considers violates any of these Terms. Lenovo may also post or link to the Platform any of your Content that you make available to Lenovo for the Platform. You are solely responsible for your Content that is posted or linked to the Platform and Lenovo accepts no liability for your Content.
You grant Lenovo and other users of the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, publish, re-post, re-tweet, and distribute your Content on or in connection with the Platform.

Lenovo does not assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, services or offers. If you access any third party website, product, service, or content from the Platform, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Lenovo will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, product, service, or content.
Trademarks and Ownership of Intellectual Property

Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Following termination, Lenovo may retain your Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Lenovo and its other users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, and distribute any of your Content that other users have stored or shared through the Platform.
Indemnification

Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with Lenovo’s Data Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Lenovo in connection with the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenovo concerning the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability
Neither Lenovo nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, third party content providers, sponsors, or licensors warrant that the Site will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free. THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
