    Your laptop fan gets loud because of high internal temps caused by 100% disk usage, high RAM usage, dust and dirt in the vents, or lack of airflow. It's normal for your fan to get loud sometimes, but if it makes a loud rattle for a while, you should investigate.

    I advise you to go for maintenance of your laptop.
    This place may be a virtual world, but my feelings are very real

    @Stess I agree with @Maiky123 's overview.
    It's most probably related to high usage leading to faster fans by the cooling system.
    Follow this video on how to remove your bottom cover, then clean the dust on the vents. You can approach it with a simple aircan and with delicate brushes ( cleaning kits are sold everywhere, including on amazon ).

    Thank you guys for the beautiful advice, i'll go open it and clean the fans 1st thing, but i need to mention that the usual fan noise is understandable, but the noise that my laptop makes is diffrent!! it sounds like fans are touching another surface (the laptop vibrating and there's huge noise) so what i did is i went and uninstalled the latest windows update, went to the bios settings and reset it again, after 15 minutes the noise went away, since then no issues so far even if i play demanding games!! and the temperature is up there's the usual fans sound, bottom line is, this issue gets activated by installing some windows updates that modify the bios settings!! again thank you guys for the help, i really appreciate it!

    @Stess I've read that some BIOS versions for L5P 2022 have an issue with how the fans work ( should be 54WW and 56WW ). Afaik the version 49WW is stable ( the one I'm using ).
    Since updating the BIOS is totally not necessary most of the times, you'd better not update it through Vantage or Windows ( should be flagged as an optional update called "Lenovo Firmware" or similar ).

    Hello @Lascax and thank you for answering my questions! i wanna understand, is it actually the fans touching another surface or maybe the are being overworked because of a voltage issue?

    @Stess Some BIOS versions have a fan-curve that activates too early ( full speed when the laptop is not that hot ).
    Dust also is a common source of noise, with the fans being that fast and the gears and vents "striding" with each other. It's like a whistle, and that's why cleaning them 4-6 times a year with normal usage is recommended.
    Another cause could be a misalignment in the fan slot, but that's very, very rare.

    @Lascax now i see, i've been avoiding opening the back cover for waranty reasons, but i think it's a must to open it and clean the dust. i really appreciate the help :)

    @Stess Warranty is ok, obv Lenovo will never tell you to do it but there are no sigils and it's pretty safe unless you go smashing with a rock.
