Good evening, I have a Legion 5 with Ryzen 5800, 16 Gb RAM and NVidia GForce 3070 8gb.
My pc, at rest, using normal pages in the browser, reaches a CPU Core temperature of 87/90°C while during gaming it rises to around 100/101°C.
I have updated both the BIOS and the graphics card drivers and I have set the maximum CPU power to 92%, but the problem is not solved.

    Can someone help me?

You definitely have to repaste the CPU and GPU. These temps even on normal use aren't normal. I got the same laptop and it doesn't reach over 90c even on heavy load, except Battlefield 2042 because of its high cpu usage. Definitely repaste and buy a laptop cooler if you want to

I have the same laptop and it does run a little bit hot in intense tasks, but definitely doesn't reach 100 degrees. If you had it for a while, it's likely you have some dust clogging up the fan and air vents. I would do that first before attempting to repaste, as it's the most likely cause and you don't really need to disassemble anything to do that other than opening the back of the case.

An electric air duster can work wonders. If you use canned air, do be careful, blasting too much at once can cause damage, especially to plastic. The temperature difference may cause them to crack. Slow, short blasts are okay.

I recommend using a cooling pad for laptop even if the temperatures would get better after cleaning, because that would mean less load on the internal fans and thus a lot quieter operation. Gaming with a little helicopter is not necessarily always fun!
