@QueenTomato هذا الأسباب و الحل من وجهة نظري 1- الثقافة المجتمعية: قد تعتبر بعض المجتمعات الألعاب الإلكترونية هواية للرجال فقط، مما يمنع النساء من الاهتمام بها والاحتراف فيها.


2- الوصول إلى الموارد: يحتاج الاحتراف في الألعاب الإلكترونية إلى معدات وأجهزة خاصة، ومنصات لعب عالية الجودة، وقد لا يكون بعض اللاعبات قادرات على تحمل تكاليف هذه الموارد.


3- التمييز: قد يتعرض اللاعبات للتمييز في بعض الأحيان بسبب جنسهن، وهو ما يؤثر على فرصهن في الوصول إلى البطولات والفرق المحترفة.


لتمكين المزيد من النساء في هذا المجال، يمكن اتخاذ بعض الإجراءات، مثل:


1- توعية المجتمع بأهمية وجود النساء في هذا المجال وتشجيعهن على الاهتمام به والاحتراف فيه.


2- توفير الموارد والمنصات اللازمة للنساء الراغبات في الاحتراف في هذا المجال.


3- تنظيم بطولات وفعاليات خاصة بالنساء للتشجيع على الاهتمام بهذا المجال وتمثيلهن في الفرق المحترفة.


4- تشجيع المزيد من النساء على العمل في مجال صناعة الألعاب الإلكترونية، وتصميم الألعاب التي تلبي احتياجات الجنسين على حد سواء.

i think the answer of this question depend on human interest as if we look to men we will found that there are huge number love gamming unlike women if we look to women we will found the fewer number who love this filed (gamming) as women have another interest but there are also professional player in this filed like mary and another i think that the women must love this filed to be professional in it so we must encourage women to enter this filed and make great reward to encourage women to enter this filed
