So to make a loooong story short. There's been a court case against Microsoft for the past 2 years regarding their $68 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard as it was seen as "anti-competitive" to the gaming market. Sony and the U.S Federal Trade Commission have argued that purchasing a publishing company as big as Activision Blizzard gives Microsoft an almost monopoly advantage on a collection of games such as Call of Duty, Diablo, Overwatch and more. However, in recent date, the court has ruled in favor of Microsoft regarding the acquisition and it will fall through eventually. Now here comes the juicy part, some documents used in that court case got LEAKED and shows a number of unannounced games coming to xbox, here's the list:

    • Oblivion Remaster
    • Indiana Jones game
    • Doom Year Zero and DLC
    • The Elder Scrolls 6
    • Project Kestrel: Expansion
    • Fallout 3 Remaster
    • Ghostwire: Tokyo Sequel
    • Dishonored 3
    • DOOM Year Zero DLC

You should know also that these court documents are three years old, it won't fans speculating on when these games might actually come out and it's still pretty damaging to Xbox and I'm sure its an embarrasing fumble coming from their part. So, anyone excited for any of these...for me personally, I'm stoked for the new DOOM and DIshonored game :P

It is great and bad news at the same time because on the Xbox and PC platforms there will be Activision games on Game Pass and also possibly something like Call of Duty, but after monopolizing many games it is possible to raise the price of Game Pass like Sony or it is possible that Xbox will be a platform with it Many exclusives, but Sony, Nintendo, and Xbox are still competing, and this is in the player’s interest.
If one company monopolizes, prices will rise insanely

Microsoft did comply in the courts by offering Sony a 10 year cross-platform deal for Call of Duty, but after that, its up to Microsoft what they will do next. There's definitely a concern about Xbox's strategy in the coming when this acquisition falls through... and Sony raising their PS Plus subscriptions up to 35% more, what will Xbox from doing the same... Only time will tell...

Actually, I don't like xbox I like Sony more because I am a PlayStation fan, and I think that the idea of monopolizing a large portion of the market is a bad idea, and I hope they find some solution for it.

I do not encourage monopoly, but the Activision deal should not be for Microsoft
