These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating in the promotion, applicants agree to be bound by, and are deemed to have read and understood, these terms and conditions. Campaign Period
The campaign will commence on 07/12/2023 (7th December 2023) and will close at 23:59 on 10/01/2024 (10th January 2024).
Eligibility
The campaign is open to all Middle East and North Africa region residents, excluding employees of Lenovo and their immediate families, and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Any entries submitted by agents, third parties, organized groups or applications with relation to Lenovo will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.
Entry and the Prize Draw
To enter the giveaway, each Participant must follow the specific steps provided in the Legion Community post on #HerLegion clan board. The winner will be chosen at the discretion of Lenovo at random.
The winners of this campaign will win:
Before the livestream event, Lenovo Legion merchandise by engaging and answering question correctly.
Post livestream event, Lenovo Legion merchandise, by engaging and answering question correctly.
Post livestream, one Lenovo Legion laptop of any model chosen by Lenovo, by registering and engaging and answering question correctly
The winner will have 48 (forty-eight) hours from notification of selection to confirm their participation in the promotion. If the winner does not respond in this time, Lenovo reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that Lenovo reserves the right to substitute the Prize or Prizes for a prize of similar value. Lenovo retains the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any applicants or third parties.
