A sad few weeks

    I remember buying my legion end of last year with the hopes that I got the 'end all be all' laptop.

    The machine was awesome.

    Until a few dead pixels decided to show up around 2 months in of owning it.

    No problem right? Premium care should sort this out in no time!

    So I thought :(

    I dropped off my laptop the 19th of Jan, still no word on when it will be done, The South African partner informed me that they are waiting for a replacement LCD and calling premium support all I got was "We cannot help you". Other than that. Silence.

    What can I do?

    The laptop is critical to my business and I am struggling because of it.

    At this point I want my money back, but I love the legion.
