Bueno la verdad es que esta noticia sorprendió no hace mucho a toda la comunidad pero quería esperar a que se pronunciase la desarrolladora para ampliar un poco la información.
El grupo Rhysida hackeó a Insomniac Games, desarrolladora comprada por Sony en 2019 ha recibido un brutal ciberataque por parte de este grupo.
A la desarrolladora de títulos como Spyro, Ratchet & Clank o lo más recientes Marvel's Spiderman 1 y 2 le han sustraído 1,7 terabytes de contenido, alrededor de 1,3 millones de documentos del pasado y futuro de la empresa, planes de lanzamiento, contratos comerciales, incluso un Alpha del juego de Wolverine en su fase inicial, que se está distribuyendo y algunos ineptos están descargando. Por lo que recomendaré que no lo haga nadie por que puede llevar a consecuencias legales muy graves, Sony ya está enviando DCMA a través de sus proveedores de internet a los usuarios que se hayan descargado la build de Marvel's Wolverine.
Junto con eso han revelado la hoja de ruta del estudio hasta 2033, con los futuros juegos que se lanzarán, no los pondré aquí pero están en todas las noticias.
Lo peor es que del 100% de archivos que el grupo Rhysida sustrajo ha publicado el 98% y el 2% fue vendido, hablamos de que también se hicieron con información personal y altamente confidencial de empleados, ex-empleados, socios y artistas que dieron voz a los protagonistas de sus juegos, hablamos de escaneos de pasaportes, etc, datos MUY sensibles.
Por lo visto el grupo Rhysida pedía 2 millones de euros por no revelar la información y ante la negativa del estudio estos revelaron todos estos, afirmando lo fácil que les fue robar toda la información de la empresa.
Desde Insomniac Games ya se han pronunciado, este es el comunicado:

Estamos tristes y a la vez cabreados por el reciente ciberataque que ha recibido nuestro estudio y por la carga emocional que ha sufrido nuestro equipo de desarrolladores. Nos hemos dedicado a apoyarnos mutuamente estos últimos días. Somos conscientes de que los datos robados incluyen información personal de nuestros empleados, ex-empleados y contratistas independientes.
También incluye detalles de desarrollo tempranos de Marvel’s Wolverine para PlayStation 5. Continuamos investigando para ver a qué datos afecta. Esta experiencia ha sido muy estresante para nosotros. Queremos que todos disfruten de los juegos que desarrollamos de la forma que pretendemos y del modo que los jugadores se merecen. Como Logan, Insomniac es resiliente. Marvel’s Wolverine continuará tal y como planeamos.
El juego está en una fase temprana de producción y sin duda evolucionará mucho durante su desarrollo, tal y como sucede con nuestros planes. Mientras que apreciamos el entusiasmo de todos, compartiremos información oficial sobre Marvel’s Wolverine cuando lo creamos oportuno. Me sumo a las muestras de apoyo a esta maravillosa desarrolladora y que sigan así de fuertes, hay Insomniac para rato, estoy seguro.

Parece ser que ese tipo de ataques a empresas es más común de lo que nos enteramos, en éste caso no quisieron / pudieron ceder al chantaje. Hace unos años Garmin sufrió un ataque en el que les encriptaron toda la base de datos de los clientes, estuvimos cerca de un mes sin poder acceder a ellos. Se dice que pagaron una morterada de dinero.
Por Canarias tenemos un caso curioso con eso del precio de la vivienda; si sube el combustible, sube el precio de la vivienda; si baja el precio del combustible, sube el precio de la vivienda; si llueve, sube el precio de la vivienda; si hace sol, sube el precio de la vivienda; y así. Cualquier excusa es buena.
El primer piso que alquilé hace unos 18 años era de 2 habitaciones, cuarto de lavadero, plaza de garaje y bien comunicado; 350€/mes. Ése mismo piso hoy son 750€/mes, una salvajada.

Welcome to Legion Community (“Legion Community” or the “Platform") - powered by Standing on Giants*- an online communication platform operated by Lenovo (the “Client”) at Lenovo Technology UK Ltd, 2nd Floor, Redwood, Crockford Lane, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8WQ. United Kingdom.
Legion Community enables its registered users (the “Users") to post and share content, such as information about Lenovo products, services, events, social media activity and videos ("Content”) to the Platform.
Legion Community is provided by Lenovo through the services of Standing on Giants subject to these Terms (“Terms”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. If we amend the Terms, we will post the amended Terms on this page gaming.lenovo.com/emea/register/ and indicate at the top of the page the date the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
By accessing or using Legion Community you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, then you should not access or use the Platform.
Lenovo’s decision in relation to any aspect of Legion Community and these Terms is final and binding.
Your Use of Legion Community Platform
ELIGIBILITY. This Program is open to Participants who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry. The approximate retail values of rewards are subject to change based on current market conditions at the time of reward redemption. Participants are not entitled to any surplus between actual retail value (ARV) of a reward and stated ARV and any difference between stated ARV and actual value of the reward will not be awarded. Your use of the information and Content available on the Platform is subject to the following restrictions:
You must not modify or remove any and all copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.
You must not modify the Content in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use the Content for any commercial purpose.
No title or ownership rights in the Content or any intellectual property rights therein are transferred to you under these Terms. You may never use another user's account without the permission of that user. You agree not to use any portion of the Platform as a destination linked from any unsolicited bulk messages or unsolicited commercial messages.
Your Content Posted or Linked to Legion Community
Lenovo allows you to submit posts or link content to Legion Community, including photos, images, videos, sounds, comments, links, tweets, likes, and other materials. A Legion Community moderator may moderate posts after publication. Lenovo reserves the right to remove user’s content that it considers to be irrelevant to the purpose of the platform, or that it considers violates any of these Terms. Lenovo may also post or link to the Platform any of your Content that you make available to Lenovo for the Platform. You are solely responsible for your Content that is posted or linked to the Platform and Lenovo accepts no liability for your Content.
You grant Lenovo and other users of the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, publish, re-post, re-tweet, and distribute your Content on or in connection with the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary in your Content for it to be on or available from the Platform, and that the posting and use of your Content on or through the Platform does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. You agree that Lenovo is only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your Content. Lenovo does not have any obligation to review your Content, and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of all user Content and we cannot assure you that harmful, inaccurate, deceptive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable Content will not appear on the Platform. Lenovo is not responsible for any public display or misuse of your Content. Data Privacy and Security
Lenovo will communicate with you via email or push notifications (including via the Standing on Giants platform), about Legion Community related notices changes to features of Legion Community and any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail.. If required by law, we will ask you for consent before sending you marketing emails. Please note that you may unsubscribe to general marketing emails at any time using the link provided in the emails. You understand that your data may be shared with other Lenovo entities and trusted third parties with a contractual relationship with Lenovo solely in connection with Legion Community

Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
(a) You will abide by and comply with these Terms;

(c) You have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms and to the extent that any entity is bound hereby, to bind such entity, these Terms, and performance of obligations under these Terms do not and will not violate any other agreement to which you or such entity is a party; and
(d) You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those set forth in these Terms.
Compliance
When using Legion Community, you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and all terms of use and similar rules concerning your use of any Social Media Outlet or other third party publishing platform.
Upon our request made to you from time to time, you will cooperate with us and allow us access to your systems, communications, and records solely in connection with determining your compliance with these Terms.
Visiting Third Party Websites
The Platform may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, products, services, offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Lenovo. Lenovo does not assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, services or offers. If you access any third party website, product, service, or content from the Platform, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Lenovo will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, product, service, or content.
Trademarks and Ownership of Intellectual Property
Lenovo™, the Lenovo logo, and certain other product names and phrases are trademarks or service marks of Lenovo in the U.S. and/or other countries. The absence of a trademark or service mark designation next to a product or service name or logo belonging to Lenovo anywhere on the Platform does not constitute a waiver of Lenovo’s trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo used or referenced on the Platform.
The Platform contains content owned or licensed by Lenovo ("Lenovo Content"). Lenovo Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws, and, as between you and Lenovo, Lenovo owns and retains all copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other intellectual property rights in and to Lenovo Content and the Platform (the “Intellectual Property”). Lenovo reserves all rights in the Lenovo Content and Intellectual Property not expressly granted in these Terms. Lenovo does not permit the use of the Lenovo Content or its Intellectual Property in advertising, as an endorsement for any product or service, or for any other purpose, commercial or otherwise, without the prior express written permission of Lenovo.
Termination
You may terminate use of the Platform at any time for any reason (in other words, un-register). Lenovo may terminate or suspend your right to use the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Lenovo may terminate the Platform at any time without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Following termination, Lenovo may retain your Content as permitted by applicable law for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Lenovo and its other users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, and distribute any of your Content that other users have stored or shared through the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lenovo and its employees, officers, affiliates and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with any of the following: (i) Your Content or your misuse of the Platform; (ii) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; (iv) your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances or orders of any governmental authorities, including, without limitation, all regulatory, administrative and legislative authorities; or (v) any misrepresentation made by you. You will cooperate as reasonably requested by Lenovo with respect to any such claim. Lenovo reserves the right to assume control of the defence or settlement of any such claim, and you will not in any event settle any such claim without the prior written consent of Lenovo.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with Lenovo’s Data Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Lenovo in connection with the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenovo concerning the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability
Neither Lenovo nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, third party content providers, sponsors, or licensors warrant that the Site will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free. THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, LENOVO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES BASED ON A COURSE OF DEALING.
