Empecemos éste hilo mostrando qué y porqué estoy decidido a la opción de un case de eGPU con gráfica personalizable:
Queda patente el enorme potencial que tiene el Z1 extreme al ser acoplado a una eGPU en condiciones. Definitivamente una handheld le mantendría el pulso sin problemas a cualquier equipo de sobremesa equipado con una gráfica equivalente.
En el mercado (sobretodo de seginda mano) hay variedad de opciones premontadas pero con escasas o nulas existencias
Difíciles de conseguir, con fuentes de alimentación de dudosa calidad y potencia justa, ciertas limitaciones en el ancho y largo de las GPUs, etc. Pero hay otra opción:
Hay sistemas incluso más minimalistas. Con estos adaptadores, puedes montarte un sistema completamente abierto en el que dejas a la vista todo el montaje y la propia tarjeta gráfica. La gran ventaja de éste sistema es que no tienes ningún tipo de limitación en cuanto a dimensiones de la gráfica o incluso de la fuente de alimentación. Eso sí, para quien busque un setup mas discreto no puede ser una opción, ¿o quizas sí?
Si Aliexpress tiene un fuerte es que puedes encontrar accesorios para casi todo, incluso accesorios para otros accesorios, llegado el caso. No me costó demasiado encontrar el pack que me incluyese en un sólo envío tanto el dispositivo, como el gabinete con sus laterales translúcidos y todo.
Para completar el proyecto nos quedaría elegir fuente y gráfica, pero eso ya queda para el siguiente capítulo

En realidad esta case la pienso mas por evitar accidentes, eso de tener los circuitos y conexiones a mano me da mal rollo. La tarjeta se podría seguir viendo a través del panel de metraquilato, y el polvo entrará también por tanto agujero... Es posible que en caso de acabar mandando a pedir algo así, le haga alguna que otra modificación
hmmmm, cierto!! los aparatos eléctricos son proclives a la combustión, especialmente en ambientes con mucha caló 🤒
Si al final adaptas la carcasa con metraquilato, ¿le puedes poner un montón de LEDs de feria, por favor?😁

Carcasas con menos material y tamaño que una caja de PC que pueden valer 15-30€ incluso con fuente de alimentación y una para una gpu externa te puede valer 200€ o mas :S. Tema también de la conexión para que la grafica pueda ser externa, que pueda venir con una fuente de alimentación muy compacta y potente, etc. Igual pasa con NAS para discos duros o casi cualquier sistema que no puedan hacer en masa fácilmente e incluya electronica y software muy especifico el cual claro, hay que costear su desarrollo, mantenimiento, etc ya que no podra reaprovecharse en muchos mas productos.
Si tienes ventiladores el aire entrara dentro si o si, una opción encapsulada a prueba de polvo en la grafica podria ser una refrigeracion liquida con ventiladores de manera externa o hotpipe que salieran hacia fuera... cualquier caso ya seria hacer cosas custom y mas caras seguramente... y fuera tendrías igualmente un ventilador que pillaria polvo XD. Aunque no ando muy al dia.
Por cierto, en mi caso en mi pc tengo ventana lateral mas para ver el polvo y que los ventiladores esten funcionando bien que para lucir mejor :P.
Y si la caja tiene alguna salida USB... o si tiene una fuente de alimentacion modular o con algun molex o sata extra... ya se le podria añadir ahi controladoras para leds de cualquier tipo, ya sea de encendido automatico, programado, con botonera física, mando a distancia, etc... al igual que con PCs de sobremesa.
El conocimiento es poder, úsalo bien, pues su mal uso conlleva a la destrucción.

Si hablamos de DIY, claro está, si tienes a un técnico 24/7 que te facilite el trabajo, pues adelante 💪
Mi PC de sobremesa tiene luces ARGB, permiten cambiar los colores de manera independiente cada led, lo cual permite que haya varios colores a la vez pudiendo lograr difuminados, efectos arcoiris y otros. Tambien las tiene el ventilador trasero que es el que mas se ve y la parte frontal... ademas tambien la alfombrilla de mi teclado tambien tiene con fibra optica algo parecido a ello (no me toco ninguna alfombrilla de Legion en sorteos asi que me tuve que comprar una aparte :P). Mi raton tambien tiene efectos multicolor junto a mi teclado mecanico XD.
La verdad es que las luces es que venian de regalo, no encarecia el precio del producto asi que no habia razon para no comprarlo con luces cuando se las puedo apagar facilmente XD. Y sin bajar para nada la calidad del producto ^^ (por eso no tengo refrigeración principal, ram ni grafica con luces, eso si era encarecerlo XD).
Y para no romper el ambiente, si, tambien tengo la bombila de la habitacion es ARGB con domotica y luz ARGB XD.
Respecto a ello.. la Nvidia Shield TV tambien tiene una tira led verde eNvidia con un aspecto poligonal muy gaming. Aunque en los ultimos años he tirado mas al minimalismo y si tuviera que renovar posiblemente quitaría todo de en medio sin dejar nada visible, solo una pantalla 4K con altavoces integrados colgando de un brazo... pero no encontré ninguna a buen precio XD. Ando esperando a ver si lanzan TV con Nvidia Shield integrado a buen precio... o al menos con CPU preparadas para gaming nativo. Me quede esperando, en 2019 sacaron modelos mas compactos pero con el exito de Switch parece que no han sacado nada suficientemente revolucionario mas al respecto, esperando a Nvidia o Xbox muevan pieza para revolucionar el mercado, ya que Google se quedo estancada al respecto también al cerrar Stadia.
Cuando salga me habre quedado anticuado :P.

Puedes comprar un... árbol de navidad gamer :P. Posiblemente el producto con luces RGB mas extendidos del planeta y que puede iluminarte una sala entera y no desentonar en épocas festivas XD.
Muchas de las cosas que he comentado estos días aun no están bien implementadas ni generalizadas, tampoco tenemos IA suficientemente avanzadas, interfaces que puedan usarse de manera intuitiva sin mil y formas de manejo prácticamente analógicas además de que aun nos falta para la integración a lo Ready Player One o simplemente a lo Matrix.
Siempre podríamos acabar con la versión X de un conector USB integrado directamente en la cabeza, enlace directo al 🤯
Por ahora se me ha venido a la cabeza que el puerto de acceso o recarga de emergencia de futuros robots debería estar oculto en ciertos orificios de uso puramente humanos...
Los puertos de conexión inalámbricos creo que ya han evolucionado lo suficiente para no requerir una conexión física para cargar dispositivos ni retransmisión de datos, aunque puedan llegar a requerir inicialmente un soporte, casco o collar para inmovilizar el sitio donde se situe la interfaz de transmisión de datos, que fácilmente podría ser parecido a como usamos auriculares de transmisión ósea, una simple pulsera o una conexión en la ropa interior mismamente.

Legion Community enables its registered users (the “Users") to post and share content, such as information about Lenovo products, services, events, social media activity and videos ("Content”) to the Platform.
Legion Community is provided by Lenovo through the services of Standing on Giants subject to these Terms (“Terms”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. If we amend the Terms, we will post the amended Terms on this page gaming.lenovo.com/emea/register/ and indicate at the top of the page the date the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Your Use of Legion Community Platform

Your Content Posted or Linked to Legion Community
Lenovo allows you to submit posts or link content to Legion Community, including photos, images, videos, sounds, comments, links, tweets, likes, and other materials. A Legion Community moderator may moderate posts after publication. Lenovo reserves the right to remove user’s content that it considers to be irrelevant to the purpose of the platform, or that it considers violates any of these Terms. Lenovo may also post or link to the Platform any of your Content that you make available to Lenovo for the Platform. You are solely responsible for your Content that is posted or linked to the Platform and Lenovo accepts no liability for your Content.
You grant Lenovo and other users of the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, publish, re-post, re-tweet, and distribute your Content on or in connection with the Platform.

Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:

Compliance
When using Legion Community, you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and all terms of use and similar rules concerning your use of any Social Media Outlet or other third party publishing platform.
Upon our request made to you from time to time, you will cooperate with us and allow us access to your systems, communications, and records solely in connection with determining your compliance with these Terms.
Visiting Third Party Websites
The Platform may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, products, services, offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Lenovo. Lenovo does not assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, services or offers. If you access any third party website, product, service, or content from the Platform, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Lenovo will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, product, service, or content.
Trademarks and Ownership of Intellectual Property
Lenovo™, the Lenovo logo, and certain other product names and phrases are trademarks or service marks of Lenovo in the U.S. and/or other countries. The Platform contains content owned or licensed by Lenovo ("Lenovo Content"). Lenovo Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws, and, as between you and Lenovo, Lenovo owns and retains all copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other intellectual property rights in and to Lenovo Content and the Platform (the “Intellectual Property”). Termination
You may terminate use of the Platform at any time for any reason (in other words, un-register). Lenovo may terminate or suspend your right to use the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Lenovo may terminate the Platform at any time without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Following termination, Lenovo may retain your Content as permitted by applicable law for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Lenovo and its other users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, and distribute any of your Content that other users have stored or shared through the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lenovo and its employees, officers, affiliates and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with any of the following: (i) Your Content or your misuse of the Platform; (ii) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; (iv) your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances or orders of any governmental authorities, including, without limitation, all regulatory, administrative and legislative authorities; or (v) any misrepresentation made by you. You will cooperate as reasonably requested by Lenovo with respect to any such claim. Lenovo reserves the right to assume control of the defence or settlement of any such claim, and you will not in any event settle any such claim without the prior written consent of Lenovo.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with Lenovo’s Data Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Lenovo in connection with the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenovo concerning the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability
Neither Lenovo nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, third party content providers, sponsors, or licensors warrant that the Site will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free. THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, LENOVO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES BASED ON A COURSE OF DEALING.
