    😂😂😂
I hereby name my wallet Maximax. Be seeing you guys in my apartment in the millenium tower 👍

The channel is primarily Patreon funded, so they are already strapped for funds 😓 Some of the folks there are part-time. I can definitely see them starting a Kickstarter campaign though so that's a great shout!

That's an odd choice and not for the feign of heart, there is something going down there every Christmas. And you'll be lucky if it's something as trivial as an epic fight on the roof, sometimes you get bomb explosions or helicopter attacks. You may be better off somewhere else. 😅

Patreon is not all bad, it lets you keep creative freedom. And bigger creators do very well there. I mean, just the fact that they are using it may not be an indicator of financial issues. The difference there is that Patreon is like a monthly subscription pledge, but Kickstarter is more of a one-time thing for a specific project of product. You can do both.

Oh really? God the whole area is a mess. Recently I was walking on the streets wearing my newly acquired gold suit, and some eye patch wearing guy appeared and beat me up and stole all my money!!! Maybe moving to Okinawa is the right choice...

Actually that makes a lot of sense. Just recently Minnmax raised funds (kind of a mini Kickstarter) to make sure that the GI folks complete the gaming walkthrough which they were recording before the end of Game Informer.

@ZaidH That happens 😄 Then again, I don't think it is you so much as the suit. Gold suits have this effect of making other people want to steal it. But Okinawa may not be a prime location either, that's a place where your best bros take bullets for you and die. I'd say go to Onomichi instead, the worst thing that happens there is giant battleships appearing overnight. Sure, there may be the whole conspiracy of your boss, but hey, no neighbourhood is perfect. And in Onomichi you get to hang out with the coolest mascot.

That is a good sign, hope it works out for them. and with some luck, it may be the start of a more regular thing, would keep GI spirit alive if only in such a form. Better than nothing.

Ah, dang it! I was really looking forward to that fighter jet Uber ride between Okinawa and Kamurocho. But Onomichi sounds great too—as long as that Dragon of Dojima guy isn't around. Couldn't shop around without him popping up with a scooter outta nowhere and getting whacked with it along with his foes. Hopefully, he never sets foot in Onomichi 🤞

    Better than nothing indeed!

@ZaidH If you want to avoid that guy, go to a mountain village near Tsukimino. Snowed in for half a year, no one goes there. Except for giant bears and an occasional escape convict. But hey, the snow festival is nice.

Hmm, that's a sound recommendation. Guess I will pack some rubber bullets to make life easier in the mountains. As for the wealth, I'll probably lend it to this loan shark who's actually doing good work for the community.

@ZaidH I hear you can make a decent living with game and pelts up there, so should be fine. As for the loan shark, I hear he is featured as a minor character in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, but I have not played it yet so not sure what he's up to these days.

Oh wow, I really need to keep up with what's going on. The last big news I remember was that former idol Haruka got hit by a car.

If only I had printed articles to keep me informed...

@ZaidH From a purely storyline viewpoint, Yakuza Like a Dragon comes after that, Kiryu is there but as a minor character. Then there was that whole The Man Who Erased His Name story after that which tells us what he's been up to after faking his death at the end of Son of Life and that game is a bridge between all that and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. Those 2 games came out on the same day, too.

But I have not played The Man Who Erased His Name nor Infinite Wealth yet, there are only so many hours in a day and, more painfully, my disposable income. But I know TMWEHN is on GamePass for those who have that.

And soon the next Yakuza game will be announced, they are raising the hype already.
