My favorite female gaming character is Viper from Valorant. Viper is a strategic and calculating controller agent known for her chemical-based abilities that manipulate the battlefield and opponents. She embodies intelligence, precision, and a mysterious allure, making her a captivating figure in the game. To empower more women to consider Esports as a career choice, we can create supportive communities, provide accessible training resources, and increase representation in the gaming industry to inspire and encourage more women to enter the field.

@UnapologeticDino My favorite female character is Sadie Adler from Red dead redemption 2, voiced by the beautifully talented Alex McKenna, as for empowering Females in gaming to help them pursue careers in E-sports. I think it all comes down to supporting the Female pro scene and breaking through new markets where the female teams aren't created after a male team have proved themselves first. Explore new Niches and find something unique for female pros that can pull in the numbers and sponsorships to prove viable, as for already existing scenes, I think the pressure is already high and i believe increasing the advertising space, scouting for female pros should help them out immensely.

@UnapologeticDino From the popular video game series "Prince of Persia," "Farah" is one of my favorite female Arabic gaming characters. Farah is known for her valiance and knowledge, assuming a vital part in the story and showing the strength of ladies in testing circumstances. To engage more ladies to think about Esports as a lifelong decision: 1. Cultural Representation: In order to encourage women and demonstrate that they have a place in the gaming world, make more Arabic-speaking female characters and highlight them in popular games. 2. Training and Awareness: Advance mindfulness in schools, colleges, and online about Esports as a suitable vocation way, tending to generalizations and misguided judgments. 3. Mentorship and Job Models: Lay out mentorship programs where effective female gamers and Esports experts can direct and motivate young ladies. 4. Protected and Comprehensive Spaces: Encourage protected and comprehensive gaming networks where ladies can take part certainly, liberated from badgering or segregation. 5. Admittance to Resources: Furnish ladies with admittance to excellent gaming gear, preparing programs, and monetary help to assist them with seeking after a profession in Esports. 6. Support for Local Competitions: Support and organize local Esports tournaments that are geared toward female participation, providing opportunities for women to compete and advance in the industry.

Q1) Who is your favourite female gaming character?
Ans: My favourite female gaming character is Princess Zelda from Nintendo's "The Legend of Zelda" game series. Her loving heart and selfless personality make her a versatile gaming character and my favourite. Her powerful persona filled with wisdom truly resonates with who she is- A Princess.

Q2) How can we empower more women to consider Esports as a career choice?
Ans: We live in a world where gender inequality still exists. No matter how far we have come in terms of women's empowerment, society still holds on to the so-called societal norms that cause oppression. It takes away the hopes of women who wish to follow their dreams and pursue what they love. Esports or gaming for instance must have been a dream of thousands of women if not millions. However, the restrictions imposed on them by society put a halt to their aspirations. Over time they get accustomed to the environment around them and move on with their unfortunate fate of giving up on their dreams. Therefore, to empower women we must break them free from such societal norms that hold them back. We must educate women of all ages to take up this ever-emerging field of esports that holds significant importance in the future and is truly rewarding. Holding campaigns and group chats, creating social media pages and hosting events dedicated to esports will help women experience the world of esports and the creativity that lies within it. We must also form associations for women to exercise their opinions and views towards the field of esports and encourage them to host events of their own. Just like someone once said, " The secret of happiness is freedom and the secret of freedom is courage". So let's build up the courage for women to fly towards their liberation and pursue their dream of esports.

My question to Marshmella: What are the challenges you faced while becoming a social media content creator and who did you look up to as your inspiration that helped you to move on with your ambition?

    Thank you.

My favorite female gaming character is Ada from Resident Evil , and I believe one of the most important steps that can be taken to empower more women to consider esports as a career choice is to create a more inclusive and diverse community. This could involve hosting more women-specific gaming events, developing mentorship programs for aspiring female gamers, and providing financial incentives and sponsorships for women who are interested in pursuing esports as a profession.
