En el post de 5 to GO ya se habla un poco de lo acontecido éste fin de semana pasado, pero habían cosas para hablarlas en post independiente.
Mejoras... ¿o son peoras?:
El parón nos ha vuelto a reordenar a los equipos, ya sabéis los equipos implementan mejoras, unos aciertan, otros fallan; la carrera de las mejoras la llaman. Spoiler: va ganando Ferrari.
RedBull ha implementado unas cuantas mejoras, pero se ve que ya estan quedándose sin presupuesto, las mas importantes sólo las llevó Max (ya saben, había que corregir de alguna manera el tema ese de las trampillas...🤭). Les han funcionado suficientemente bien como para estar actualmente terceros en cuanto a rendimiento en pista.
McLaren, por su parte, trae pocas actualizaciones, parecería que tienen miedo de tocar dónde no deben y dejar de ser el mejor coche con diferencia de la parrilla... Pues han dejado de serlo... y es que si dejas que los demás mejoren a saltos y tu vas a pasos, te acaban alcanzando, de momento diría que siguen segundos. Que lástima que exista Verstapen y que no hayan sabido/podido aprovechar su superioridad desde el GP de Miami, éste año ERA su año.
Ferrari ha dado un salto de categoría olímpica, el ritmo demostrado en carrera ha sido brutal, han hecho un doblete que parecía hasta fácil y cómodo, me gustaría ver que mantienen el ritmo hasta el final, estaría bien ver a Ferrari acabar segundos y me ayuden a cumplir mis pronósticos 😄
Otros dos equipos que están sorprendiendo con su ritmo en pista son Hass y Williams, se hablará de ellos en lo que queda, seguro.
En Aston Martin dicen que las mejoras traídas funcionan, que sólo necesitan ajustarlas... pues en mi pueblo a lo visto en carrera se le conoce por el nombre de 'peoras'
Menos mal que existen Alpine (de momento) y Sauber (Audi, espero que tengas un buen plan...) los equipos que se pelean a cara descubierta ahora mismo por liderar la tabla por el lado que no es...

Éstas y otras palabras ligeramente malsonantes deben de haberles pasado por la cabeza a equipos y pilotos éste fin de semana, comducir en el GP de Austin se convirtió en una especie de videojuego con un MOD que ponía las normas de salidas de pista, adelantamientos y sanciones en aleatorio; pero aleatorio total: curva a curva, salida a salida, adelantamiento a adelantamiento... Fueron capaces de escribir en el mismo documento sancionan con 5 segundos a un piloto por salirse de la pista en un adelantamiento, que no considerarían esa acción como salida de pista porque el otro piloto lo había echado de la pista, que ese piloto no lo había echado de la pista porque iba por el interior... Y hablamos de una única acción, que en el mismo cuicuito, mismo fin de semana, exactamente misma acción, pero otros pilotos... acaba en 'No Futher Accions' osea en 'aquí no ha pasado nada'. Hubieron mas de una docena de investigaciones relacionadas con adelantamientos y salidas de pista, cada una con resultados aleatorios entre sancionar al que va por dentro, por fuera o a ninguno; con un único factor común, si se sancionada era con 5 segindos... ¿sabeis qué? la normativa dice que esas sanciones son de 10 segundos!!! 🤣😂🤣 Fernando Alonso perdió un podio éste año por esos 10 segundos, cuando ni siquiera cometió la sanción por la que se sancionaba (el mismo documento decía que tenía derecho a hacer lo que hizo)
En fin, ¡qué falta hace que de éstas cosas se encargue un equipo de profesionales formados que viajen con los equipos de circuito en circuito! En lugar de 4 enchufados puestos por el circuito de turno con menos formación que el cursillo de primeros auxilios que nos daba una enfermera en la hora de gimnasia cuando íbamos a la escuela. Sí estoy indignado, es posiblemente la mayor lacra que llevamos arrastrando décadas, la inconsistencia de los mal llamados "comisarios de pista", ¿se les llamará así porque cobran su comisión y de las reglas no saben ni una pista?. ¿Por qué los motores y la aerodinámica las revisa personal propio de la FIA y las funciones de árbitro durante las carreras las dejamos en manos de cualquiera? Jamás lo entenderé

Vaya...así como externa sin mucha idea, me parece bastante fuerte que las normas cambien de una pista a otra o que favorezca a algunos y penalicen a otros 😵
¿Existe algún patrón en cuanto a qué equipos salen triunfantes y a cuales perjudica la voluble normativa?
PD, ¿qué es la FOM? ¿y cómo es posible que basen sus decisiones en un documento que no es público? ¿Cómo saben los equipos lo qué está permitido o no?

La normativa en sí no cambia tanto, cambian las personas que la interpretan, así es imposible que haya un criterio unificado 🤷🏽♂️
Tirando de estadística suelen salir peor parados los pilotos hispanos y beneficiados los pilotos anglosajones
La FOM es quien tiene los derechos comerciales de la Fórmula 1, liderados por Liberty Media.
El documento no es de dominio público (inexplicablemente), pero si lo tienen equipos y pilotos. Pero lo importante aquí es que los encargados de aplicar las normas deberían de ser un grupo formado, especializado y a quienes se les pueda pedir responsabilidades si no aplican las normas con un criterio homogéneo.
Ya veo, ¿entonces los comisarios de pista no son como los árbitros de fútbol? 🙀
¿Cómo es posible que se haga de esta manera? ¿es porque los circuitos los emplean directamente?
Y ¿desde cuando lleva ocurriendo esto?. Perdón por tantas preguntas, pero es que me parece contrario al sentido común, sobre todo en un deporte con tanto caché como la F1
Tres los pone la FIA, se supone que están formados... el cuarto lo pone el circuito. Pero el tema es que no hay ninguna razón para que no sea un equipo fijo y se estén cambiando cada fon de semana, contratado, formado y con criterio. Esto no es fútbol, que se juegan veinte partidos cada fin de semana y conciden al mismo tiempo en diferentes ciudades. Se corre en un sólo circuito a la vez 24 fines de semana del año... ¿Tan difícil y complicado es tener a cuatro personas especializadas?, ¿o quizás ocho para que se roten?
A ver complicado no suena, tiene pinta a que es cuestión de política/burrrocracia.
Perooo, yo solo se que no se nada de este tema (aunque cada vez más con un sensei como tu! 💪).
Y si, eso de dar cosas por sentado suele ocurrirle a expertos en un tema. Por eso uno de los mejores ejercicios mentales es intentar explicar las cosas como si se las explicaras a un niñ@ (o en el caso de la tecnología a tu abuel@ XD)

Legion Community enables its registered users (the “Users") to post and share content, such as information about Lenovo products, services, events, social media activity and videos ("Content”) to the Platform.
Legion Community is provided by Lenovo through the services of Standing on Giants subject to these Terms (“Terms”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. If we amend the Terms, we will post the amended Terms on this page gaming.lenovo.com/emea/register/ and indicate at the top of the page the date the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Your Use of Legion Community Platform
ELIGIBILITY. This Program is open to Participants who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry. Your Content Posted or Linked to Legion Community
Lenovo allows you to submit posts or link content to Legion Community, including photos, images, videos, sounds, comments, links, tweets, likes, and other materials. A Legion Community moderator may moderate posts after publication. Lenovo reserves the right to remove user’s content that it considers to be irrelevant to the purpose of the platform, or that it considers violates any of these Terms. Lenovo may also post or link to the Platform any of your Content that you make available to Lenovo for the Platform. You are solely responsible for your Content that is posted or linked to the Platform and Lenovo accepts no liability for your Content.
You grant Lenovo and other users of the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, publish, re-post, re-tweet, and distribute your Content on or in connection with the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary in your Content for it to be on or available from the Platform, and that the posting and use of your Content on or through the Platform does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. Lenovo does not have any obligation to review your Content, and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of all user Content and we cannot assure you that harmful, inaccurate, deceptive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable Content will not appear on the Platform. Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
(a) You will abide by and comply with these Terms;

Compliance
When using Legion Community, you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and all terms of use and similar rules concerning your use of any Social Media Outlet or other third party publishing platform.
Upon our request made to you from time to time, you will cooperate with us and allow us access to your systems, communications, and records solely in connection with determining your compliance with these Terms.
Visiting Third Party Websites
The Platform may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, products, services, offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Lenovo. Lenovo does not assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, services or offers. If you access any third party website, product, service, or content from the Platform, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Lenovo will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, product, service, or content.
Trademarks and Ownership of Intellectual Property
Lenovo™, the Lenovo logo, and certain other product names and phrases are trademarks or service marks of Lenovo in the U.S. and/or other countries. The absence of a trademark or service mark designation next to a product or service name or logo belonging to Lenovo anywhere on the Platform does not constitute a waiver of Lenovo’s trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo used or referenced on the Platform.
The Platform contains content owned or licensed by Lenovo ("Lenovo Content"). Lenovo Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws, and, as between you and Lenovo, Lenovo owns and retains all copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other intellectual property rights in and to Lenovo Content and the Platform (the “Intellectual Property”). Lenovo reserves all rights in the Lenovo Content and Intellectual Property not expressly granted in these Terms. Termination
You may terminate use of the Platform at any time for any reason (in other words, un-register). Lenovo may terminate or suspend your right to use the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Lenovo may terminate the Platform at any time without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Following termination, Lenovo may retain your Content as permitted by applicable law for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Lenovo and its other users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, and distribute any of your Content that other users have stored or shared through the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lenovo and its employees, officers, affiliates and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with any of the following: (i) Your Content or your misuse of the Platform; (ii) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; (iv) your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances or orders of any governmental authorities, including, without limitation, all regulatory, administrative and legislative authorities; or (v) any misrepresentation made by you. You will cooperate as reasonably requested by Lenovo with respect to any such claim. Lenovo reserves the right to assume control of the defence or settlement of any such claim, and you will not in any event settle any such claim without the prior written consent of Lenovo.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with Lenovo’s Data Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Lenovo in connection with the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenovo concerning the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability
Neither Lenovo nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, third party content providers, sponsors, or licensors warrant that the Site will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free. THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, LENOVO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES BASED ON A COURSE OF DEALING. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENOVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR USE, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE LEGION COMMUNITY, EVEN IF LENOVO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES IN ADVANCE.
