Hello and Happy Halloween Legion Gamers!

Epic Games Store offers games for free every week. This week, fitting the Halloween theme, the free games are...

    Castlevania Anniversary Collection

Konami's Castlevania Anniversary Collection traces the origins of the historic vampire franchise. Included is a unique eBook with details provided by developers, artists and others inspired by the Castlevania legacy which sheds a fresh light into the world of Castlevania.

Celebrating the famous bloodsucking franchise. While we're waiting for Bloodlines 2 and Nosferatu, we can clench our thirst for blood with a return to the classics. Not much more to say except that this is a cult game series and a vector point in the gaming industry and well worth the look even as a historical curiosity.

But this is not all! Another free game this time is...

    Snakebird Complete

Introducing Snakebird Complete: The Ultimate Snakebird Experience! Embark on an extraordinary puzzle-solving adventure bringing together hit classic Snakebird and Snakebird Primer, offering the complete Snakebird experience in a single, comprehensive package.

This one is more of a puzzle for those long November evenings (well, we're half a month in already, so not too many left of those). For those of us who enjoy Tetris and Snake and other classic puzzles, it may be a decent enough entertainment for a bit. @SKYTRiXSHA, you seem to have some competition in "puzzles with birds" genre 😉

    See anything you like?

Everyone likes birds I guess, can see where the idea for the colors, etc came from perhaps for that game :D
Difference of course is that we are not really on PC, at least for now.

@miskkie Could be a stash for a rainy day. Those are very old ones, but it could be interesting to look at the "roots" of the series sometime.

@SKYTRiXSHA Could be, though colours predate games, computers, games and humanity itself 😅

The platform is difference indeed, but I thought it was too that this game is a dimensional turn-based puzzle and Angry Birds is more of an agility and precision puzzle too, after all, you need to have nimble fingers and accurate aim to win, not just understand what steps need to be taken to win?
