    Hello Everyone 👋

The government's issue turned out to be much bigger than I expected! The global PlayStation branch: -They sold his data to account thieves (can you imagine)? -They caused his account to be hacked. -They refused to return his account even though he provided all the evidence proving that the account was hacked due to their theft of data. -When they returned his account to him, they made him wait a month and a half, and on top of that, they told him that you are the wrong one but this time they would forgive you (he hit me and cried). The Arab PlayStation branch: -They framed him with a charge he did not commit. -They stopped cooperating with him in codes and devices even though he is the biggest person who supports PlayStation in the Arab world. -Instead of supporting him in his problem with the global branch, they increased it on him.
    Quoted from @AbdallahBashan's account

After this story, I think that we as players must learn several things:
1- All companies aim for money, no one can deny this sentence, but what I want to add is that for the sake of gain, they do not care about you, the player (customer), no matter how famous you are and your relationships with them at that moment, they will abandon you.
2- Do not trust companies, now if you have any bank account saved or bank card saved in your accounts, I advise you to delete it immediately.
3- We as players as a community must stop the (stupid) problems, enough cursing and insulting players of other platforms, enough cursing and insulting players of other games, we are all here to have fun, we are all here to escape from our real problems and our painful reality.

Yeah, unfortunately a lot of companies are very unfair to consumers.
