My Deep Disappointment with Lenovo and the Legion Go: A Complete Lack of Driver Support

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with Lenovo's management of the Legion Go, particularly regarding the catastrophic lack of driver updates and communication.

    Critical Issues:

    • Driver Updates Without Changelogs: Drivers are released sporadically with absolutely NO changelog, NO release notes, and NO information about what has been fixed, improved, or changed. How are users supposed to know if an update is critical, addresses specific bugs, or might introduce new issues?
    • Zero Transparency: There is a complete absence of communication about the roadmap, known issues, or planned improvements. We are left in the dark, forced to install updates blindly without understanding their purpose or impact.
We get a famous PR and announce for ... ?
    • Broken Promises: Lenovo made numerous promises about support and regular updates when launching this product. None have been kept. Features announced months ago remain unavailable, and critical bugs persist without acknowledgment.
    • Amateur Management: This feels like a company run by interns who have no idea what they're doing. There's no professional development process, no user communication strategy, no quality assurance—just radio silence punctuated by mysterious driver drops.

Lenovo is just a joke !

I understand the frustration. A device this expensive should receive regular driver updates, clear changelogs, and proper communication about known issues and future fixes. Users should not have to install updates without knowing what they change. The strongest point here is not only the slow support, but the lack of transparency. Even a simple monthly update from Lenovo explaining what is being worked on would make a big difference. I would remove the insults, though, because the feedback will be taken more seriously if it stays firm but professional.
