Game Night Guidelines
1. What are Game Nights? These are online gaming sessions, usually during the evening in Central European time although timings can vary, where community members and staff can play together and have fun in various games! So far we've played Among Us (hosted by Team Legion, our community managers) and League of Legends (hosted by G2 Esports staff), and more games will be added as the community develops and grows. 😊
2. How do I sign up to play? To join game nights, wait for the info topic to be posted for the specific game night (if the game night is global, the topic should be in the Gaming and events board in the Hub) and then simply reply to that topic to let us know you're coming! We will drop you a PM to confirm and to get a few bits of info such as your game ID, Discord ID, and will drop you an invite to our Discord server if you're not on there yet. When the game night time approaches, we'll all meet on Discord and get playing!
3. What language are they in? English is the common language we use in global game nights where anyone can join regardless of their country so we can all understand each other. These are the ones posted in the Community Hub. If you struggle with English though, don't worry! You can still join and we can help out if we have someone speaking your language also attending the game session. Once we start organising "local" game nights, e.g. with groups of Spanish, Italian or Arabic members, those sessions can then of course be held in the equivalent language! 😊
4. What timezone do you use for the timings? This is usually Central European Time (CET) or Central European Summer Time (CEST). You can get your local time easily by typing into Google search "6pm CEST in BST (or whatever your timezone is)" 👍
5. I'm a beginner... Do I need to be an experienced player to join? Anyone, including beginner players, are more than welcome! As mentioned in our guidelines, everyone's experience level be it beginner or pro will be respected. We often have both beginners as well as more experienced gamers playing together. 😊 Having said that, if you're specifically looking for a beginners' group, feel free to join one of our beginners' practise sessions where we play a little bit slower, go through the basics, and learn together at the same time to grow our confidence in the game.
6. How do I join your Discord? On the day of the game, the main organising of the game happens on Discord where we can also voice chat together while playing! If you're not yet on our Discord (Legion's Rest), let us know either when signing up for a game night, or whenever via PM to anyone in the community team and we'll send you an invite! 👍
7. Do you record or stream the games? We and/or partners, or even fellow community members, occasionally do record and stream during game nights. By joining community game nights, you agree that gaming sessions might be recorded in various formats such as screenshots, video recording and streaming, and might be posted publicly to celebrate highlights and awesome moments that we can look back to. This can include gameplay, in-game chat and voice.
8. How should I setup my headset/mic/speakers? Even though it's understandable that technical issues happen sometimes, it's good practise to prepare in advance so everyone can have a smooth experience in the game nights. If you struggle with this, do let the community know and we can share helpful tips together! When joining, if possible, check that your mic is not picking up game or chat sounds from your room, and instead if you have a headset, all the sounds should come from there. This will prevent echos and background noise during the game and all everyone else will hear through your mic is your voice. 😊
9. Can I suggest other games for Game Nights? Of course! The more people who do that the better view we have for what games the community is interested in playing together. This will help us plan for future game nights! Let us know here! 👍

For example, on occasions when we're on voice chat and someone's gear (headset, mic) might have technical difficulties and they need a few moments to fix it, please be supportive and understanding. Or sometimes it might take someone a bit longer than others to join the game lobby. Things like this just sometimes happen so let's be patient. 😊
About age restrictions
Some games we play together are PEGI 18, which means that only players who are 18 or over can join game nights featuring these specific games, such as Call of Duty Warzone and Rainbow 6 Siege. By joining game nights that feature PEGI 18 games, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We do understand that it kind of sucks if you can't join some game nights when something sounds cool, however this is a legal requirement.
We host plenty of game nights in other games with a lower age restriction, such as Fortnite, League of Legends, Among Us, World of Warcraft - and you can always suggest a new game for us to play together if you have any ideas! 😊

почему нельзя сделать что бы время отображалось ревалентно для конкретного пользователя? не на всех страница почему то работает автоматический перевод. не понимаю как участвовать в завтрашней игре майнкрафта и во сколько она будет по мск, вроде было написано в 19.00 теперь в 17.00 а по мск это сколько я уже запутался :(

Подожди, я что-то тоже запутался. 17:00 - это GMТ, то есть, по Гринвичу. По Московскому, то есть МСК, это 20:00, как в русском посте. А где ты увидел 19:00?

Legion Community enables its registered users (the “Users") to post and share content, such as information about Lenovo products, services, events, social media activity and videos ("Content”) to the Platform.
Legion Community is provided by Lenovo through the services of Standing on Giants subject to these Terms (“Terms”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. If we amend the Terms, we will post the amended Terms on this page and indicate at the top of the page the date the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
By accessing or using Legion Community you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, then you should not access or use the Platform.

Your Use of Legion Community Platform

Your Content Posted or Linked to Legion Community
Lenovo allows you to submit posts or link content to Legion Community, including photos, images, videos, sounds, comments, links, tweets, likes, and other materials. A Legion Community moderator will moderate all posts after publication. Lenovo reserves the right to remove user’s content that it considers to be irrelevant to the purpose of the platform, or that it considers violates any of these Terms. Lenovo may also post or link to the Platform any of your Content that you make available to Lenovo for the Platform. You are solely responsible for your Content that is posted or linked to the Platform and Lenovo accepts no liability for your Content.
You grant Lenovo and other users of the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, publish, re-post, re-tweet, and distribute your Content on or in connection with the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary in your Content for it to be on or available from the Platform, and that the posting and use of your Content on or through the Platform does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. Lenovo does not have any obligation to review your Content, and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of all user Content and we cannot assure you that harmful, inaccurate, deceptive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable Content will not appear on the Platform. Lenovo is not responsible for any public display or misuse of your Content. Lenovo may reward points for certain activities on the Platform, including (but not limited to) sharing posts, creating posts and entering competitions. Subject to availability, Lenovo reserves the right at any time to amend, modify or retract any points, rewards or prizes earned on the Platform. You accept that Lenovo will not enter into any correspondence regarding the awarding of points or rewards and Lenovo is entitled to grant or revoke rewards at their discretion. The decision of Lenovo in relation to all aspects of this programme is final and binding.
Data Privacy and Security
Lenovo will communicate with you via email or push notifications (including via the Standing on Giants platform), about Legion Community related notices changes to features of Legion Community and any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail.. If required by law, we will ask you for consent before sending you marketing emails. Please note that you may unsubscribe to general marketing emails at any time using the link provided in the emails. You understand that your data may be shared with other Lenovo entities and trusted third parties with a contractual relationship with Lenovo solely in connection with Legion Community

Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
(a) You will abide by and comply with these Terms;
(b) Your Content and Lenovo’s use thereof as contemplated by these Terms and the Platform will not infringe any rights of any third party, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and rights of publicity;
(c) You have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms and to the extent that any entity is bound hereby, to bind such entity, these Terms, and performance of obligations under these Terms do not and will not violate any other agreement to which you or such entity is a party; and
(d) You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those set forth in these Terms.
Compliance
When using Legion Community, you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and all terms of use and similar rules concerning your use of any Social Media Outlet or other third party publishing platform.
Upon our request made to you from time to time, you will cooperate with us and allow us access to your systems, communications, and records solely in connection with determining your compliance with these Terms.
Visiting Third Party Websites
The Platform may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, products, services, offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Lenovo. Lenovo does not assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, services or offers. If you access any third party website, product, service, or content from the Platform, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Lenovo will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, product, service, or content.
Trademarks and Ownership of Intellectual Property
Lenovo™, the Lenovo logo, and certain other product names and phrases are trademarks or service marks of Lenovo in the U.S. and/or other countries. Termination
You may terminate use of the Platform at any time for any reason (in other words, un-register). Lenovo may terminate or suspend your right to use the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Lenovo may terminate the Platform at any time without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Following termination, Lenovo may retain your Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Lenovo and its other users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, and distribute any of your Content that other users have stored or shared through the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lenovo and its employees, officers, affiliates and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with any of the following: (i) Your Content or your misuse of the Platform; (ii) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; (iv) your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances or orders of any governmental authorities, including, without limitation, all regulatory, administrative and legislative authorities; or (v) any misrepresentation made by you. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with Lenovo’s Data Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Lenovo in connection with the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenovo concerning the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability
Neither Lenovo nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, third party content providers, sponsors, or licensors warrant that the Site will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free. THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, LENOVO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES BASED ON A COURSE OF DEALING.
