4060 vs 4070

I’ve seen a lot of discussion this year about the 4060 laptop cards being overly similar to the 4070 in performance to the point that the discussion seems more between a 4060 or a 4080. I’ve had my eye on the legion 5 pro for a long time now, as I’m still using a 2060 laptop. I’d greatly prefer to keep cost below $1,900. I’d love some additional input from the people themselves on how big of an upgrade a 60/70/80 would be from my current laptop and the best way to go, thank you for any insight!
