With all the viral (and later disproven) content on how GTA 6 already made over a $1 billion in per-orders, what is your take on preordering games? Particularly digital games where there is no scarcity of physical media like in the past? Should everyone wait for reviews? or should we preorder to support devs?

Do you think Sony are making a mistake by moving away from physical game releases?

I personally prefer to own a physical copy of my games. I know in some cases you can loose access to digital copies of games, films, books etc. If the company you brought it from looses the rights to what you brought. I personally would like to keep being able to buy the physical discs for my games, but I know its pretty outdated now to do that.

Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack Worth It?

Hey All, my Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership is coming due in about a month. I am trying to decide if it is worth the $70 (CAD). I do play the included games occasionally, but not sure if those are the ones in the Expansion Pack or the ones included in the regular pack. I think I would still need to go with the Nintendo Switch Online membership, which is $30 (CAD). So the difference is really $40, which I guess isn't too bad for the extra systems. What do you guys think, worth it or not! Thanks for your thoughts!

How do you think year one went? What were you disappointed about? What were you satisfied about? I really think handheld boost mode knocked it out the park. Were you disappointed with no mainline blockbusters like Mario or Zelda? Were you satisfied with Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza and Pokemon and Switch 2 upgrades for Switch 1 games?

just had a brutal heat wave in the uk temps of 36c for a week in june is unheard of, we dont have AC in the uk and my pc seems to blue screen when my nzxt display shows the temp inside my case is 56c + ...is there a cut off temp a pc is set to crash a pc at ??
