Does the bios over clocking actually help?
Hey ya’ll I’m new to the forms and can’t really find what I’m looking for! I have a legion s7 15ach and in the bios there is an option for over clocking the 3060. My question is are there any real performance gains, can it actually hurt the laptop by doing this?
