Mine have been odd for a while. I cannot get them to stop listing in pounds (and the wrong amount) when I look at them here. Here it lists £28.95, on the Lenovo store site it is $14.30.
My rewards on Legion gaming is blank and there are no tasks for me. But it seems fine on the Lenovo.com website.
I cannot see rewards anymore
My Lenovo rewards section is now empty.
I am from the US and I was able to see my rewards 3 days before.
I am also able to see my rewards on Lenovo.com
But not here.
I am trying to post a few things but doesn’t work.

Here is the gist of the matter:
Update 06-01-2026. Well things seem to have gone back to normal about 6 days ago on the PC. I just wanted to see if it held for an significant amount of time before posting. The page has returned and the points have resumed. It started the next day after trying something a poster had written a couple days ago. They said the only way they could receive points for actions was to use the Legion phone app. I did this and yes I was credited for actions once again after five plus months. The next day I checked the page on my PC browser and the page had returned in all its glory. I did some actions and was credited. Was this just a coincidence? Did one fix the other or did the techs at that moment in time? The world my never know.

When I started posting here, I started to receive points again and found out later the page on the PC returned to normal. It worked for me and I hope it works for you too.
MyLenovo Rewards Page
I know of the MyLenovo Rewards Bug where people have lost points. My problem is the page is incomplete after it loads. I believe it's been at least two weeks now. I have been waiting to see if it will correct itself or be corrected. I remember this problem happening to people, I think, before the last site update earlier this year. I have tried two different browsers with no success. I wanted to know if this problem is connected to the Bug or something else. This is a snapshot of what I'm seeing.

An error occured
For the past days I tried entering into Polish Lenovo Gaming Community forums and I can't.
First of all, it's not the same site as this one, they are differently managed and built, and who knows why. For the Polish forums I used this link: gaming.lenovo.com/emea , but now if I use it, I get error screen site with "An error occurred while processing your request." and a reference code and a link to the site which says to do something with the code (I don't understand it at all) if I am the owner of this site, which I am not ofc. That's why I'm writing it here.
Tried reseting the pc, deleting the cookies, disabling an ad blocker, and entering from different device and also different browser (mainly I use Brave), and nothing works.
Does anyone know what is happening?
And again, I can't use this current site because it doesn't even have Polish language and community.
I was also thinking about that I got banned, if that's even a possibility, but I didn't do anyting that could count as worthy of ban. I also didn't receive any email so idk.
I've gotten that message before in this community. There was nothing I could really do about it. I just waited it out. Eventually, I was able to log back in after like 2–3 days. I just tried clicking on the EMEA community and got the message that you received. I believe it is an EMEA community-wide issue. Just wait it out.
Access denied issue has become more frequent
In previous months I’d end up getting the access denied glitch once a week or so. Now, it’s become once or twice a day. When I move between pages such as accessing a discussion, going to the giveaway page, or opening Lenovo’s store it’s like a timer is activated on the Gaming Community server before I get the access denied bug. It’s more often when I go to the store or access the giveaway, thankfully it’s not common when just going through different discussions.
What happens is after a certain time from accessing a different Lenovo page, my profile icon at the top right changes to the default and whatever page I’m on then says page not found. If I refresh or try to go home, that’s when I get the access denied bug and have to wait about 5-10 minutes to refresh again. This happened once ironically while writing this post 😅
Has this issue worsened or been similar for anyone else? And folks at Lenovo, do you know why this happens/is a fix coming?
I get that issue sometimes too.. and I don't know why.. I usually just wait it out.. but it's annoying!
I noticed that it only happens to me when I log into the Lenovo consumer or Pro purchasing site, and then try to immediately go back to one of the Lenovo forums. After about 5-10 minutes, I will be allowed to log back in. So, I have been doing all of my forum posts first, and finishing with my Lenovo Rewards challenges and such. There is no problem if you do it in this order.

Workaround for Access Denied
I often get an “Access Denied” error when trying to access the Lenovo communities, especially after signing into the main Lenovo site. It usually fixes itself after a few minutes, but I’ve found that you can also open an incognito window and sign in again from there if you don’t want to wait. This also seems to work if you get locked out of the main site or run into issues where some shop buttons, like “Add to Cart,” don’t respond.
Access Denied
I have recently noticed that when I try to log in to the Lenovo Store while using the community site, I always end up on the Access Denied page on the community site.
I've tried this a few times and ended up having the same results. The access denied doesn't last very long, just a couple of minutes before I can interact with the community site again. Don't know if this is happening to other users, though.
This happens to me all the time. I either wait it out or I found a workaround where if you open an incognito window, you can sign in again from there without having to wait it out.

Suggestion for Lenovo online store: BYOM (bring your own memory)
With the rising costs of both RAM and SSDs due to AI, PC prices have been raised drastically as a result. Due to this issue, I want to suggest a new option for Legion/LOQ desktops and laptops sold at Lenovo’s online store: BYOM (bring your own memory).
RAM is a component that PC users are most likely to have on hand already, so to help with costs of buying a new Legion/LOQ device, I’m suggesting that in the configuration section and/or by request to sales representatives, an option be placed for the new PC to not come with any RAM installed in order to lower the cost of the device for the buyer. (I was going to suggest having an option to do this with the SSD as well, but I suspect the SSD option would be less effective than just doing this with RAM since Lenovo likely makes some money from the software pre installed on the device).
That said, what do we think about this? How many of you on here that are currently shopping for a gaming PC would want to have an option to install your own RAM to reduce cost?
I think it's a good idea for knowledgeable purchasers, but I can imagine that there will be many people who just purchase the cheapest option and don't read the description and when they get it and it won't turn on, they'll just return it and say it's defective. It sounds like more a risk than a benefit for PC manufacturers.
I could see this working for some gaming devices. Probably not Lenovo's more lightweight devices though
New Social Media
Hey! This is mostly for the Legion team, but it would also be cool to get other people's opinion. Also, I know it's not exactly "site feedback" but I'd like to direct it mostly to the team.
I don't really mind using Twitter that much but it's become a pretty undesirable platform for me. And it's not even about the political stuff because it actually doesn't come across my timeline too often, but the app itself is just falling apart. I don't get notifications I want, the app crashes constantly, and most of the time I try to click a tweet to comment, the whole feed just refreshes. It's pretty annoying.
Anyway, I was wondering when Legion was gonna get accounts in the other networks, namely Threads and Bluesky as I've been really enjoying how clean and nostalgic they are respectively.
I would also appreciate if they were maybe included as options for giveaway entries. I'm not sure how possible it is to make the Twitter entry an option to select between different social networks, but that would be cool because I really don't use that app otherwise.
And am I in the minority here or are there a lot of you that also left Twitter? And if you did, which site do you use? I'm sort of still in trial mode so I'm down to try out anything new, but I'd also like to follow more people on the sites I'm at now.

You’re definitely not alone. A lot of people have been moving away from Twitter lately. Threads and Bluesky both feel a lot cleaner right now. Would be nice to see Legion expand to those platforms too.
I’ve rented agency accounts before, and having verified, warmed options made scaling way smoother. The best part was skipping the constant bans and low spend limits. The setup from the best Tiktok ads reseller felt straightforward, and their support kept things from going off the rails, especially when pushing ads in multiple regions.
Too Many Notifications!
Okay, so I might just be crazy, but is there not a way to limit the number of notifications I receive?
It would be pretty cool if I could only receive notifications that are directed towards me and not just anyone one everyone who comment on a post I interacted with. If anyone knows of a way to do this, please let me know!

Why the lack of AMD powered LEGION and LOQ new product announcements on this community site?
I've noticed a trend with new product releases announced on this site, the lack of AMD devices apart from a tower and a Go S stand out like a sore thumb on this page specifically - Explore Latest Global Gaming Products | Legion Gaming Community | Lenovo Gaming
In the past year, there's been some quite interesting AMD options released including the first X3D powered Legion Pro 7 and the new 11th gen 5a and 7a, as well as the AMD versions of the LOQ, Legion 5 and 5 Pro which have also gone under the radar apparently
Given this site is half community/half marketing tool, isn't this a major oversight?
Smells like Intel money to me. I've heard over the years this has been a tactic of Intels. Incentivise the advertising and sales of their stuff over others.
That and tbh, AMD are remarkably good at not giving large numbers of their better products and their PR tactics are terrible over all. I'd hazard a guess a mix of this is why we don't see the same presense of AMD despite their hardware actually being capable.
AMD CPU laptops are still a thing and they even announced Gen 11 Legion line-up will have some AMD CPUs. Of the top of my head they have the Legion 7a Gen 11 coming out this year.
As for AMD GPU laptops, those aren't really a thing anymore. I mean, hasn't AMD itself announced that they are moving away from laptops, at least in the GPU section for the time being.
Account suspended for unusual email (probably)
Registered on this site with my Lenovo account which has been active for years with multiple orders.
Used this site fine for a few days, then all of a sudden, error on top right "User account suspended".
Literally didn't even make a post or anything. Didn't join any giveaway. Just browsed for a few days and got suspended.
I think it's because the account email is not one of the usual ones like gmail.com, it doesn't even end in .com. So the backend probably flagged it as potential spam email or something. Because I made another account with gmail and so far no suspension lol.
Can an admin help look into this please?
Can you send me a DM including the email that was used for your account?
Did you check your old account from within the site while logged in? Any other possible reasons you can think of? What did the email end with? .edu, .org?
These details could help the people in charge figure out the problem. Might take some time. Bumping for visibility.

I keep getting logged out
Anyone having the issue of being logged out every few minutes? I keep getting logged out if I scroll or type for too long. Like this post, this is the fifth time I'm trying to post this. Anyone else dealing with this? I've been dealing with this for days and have tried a different browser and nothing has changed.
So yeah this hasn't been fixed yet and now my main browser will not let me log in so I have no clue what to do 😮💨
So, I just spent over 20 minutes drafting a post only to have the site randomly log me out and refresh the page by itself causing me to lose the entire draft of the post I was literally about to post... 😡
Game Key Drops - limiting number of users
Is there anyway to limit the number of users for the game key drops to Lenovo customers only? Very disappointed today with the Street Fighter IV key drop. Way too many people. Many of them don't even have Lenovo Gaming PCs, let alone Lenovo PCs. Is there anyway to make the keydrops for actual Lenovo customers?
I usually just compare deals in one spot, and https://www.keysforgames.es/ has been handy for grabbing Steam and Uplay keys fast without paying full price. I’ve used it a few times for upcoming releases too, and the instant delivery plus the cashback perk took some of the sting out of preorders. The purpose of the Legion Gaming Community isn't to only serve as a place for Lenovo, Legion, or LOQ owners to discuss their devices with each other. It doesn't matter where you're from, what you game on, or if you even game at all. Some people come for the games, some people come for the giveaways, and others for the community as a whole.

Noticed that every time I scroll through the discussion feed, youtube vids will autoplay. Is this a me thing only, or intentional?
Yeah, sometimes they autoplay for me as well and other times they don't. Autoplay is definitely annoying, especially since I really don't want all these random videos in my watch history since they got played even though I wasn't actually "watching" them.
Does anyone else have lenovo login issues?
Specifically if using Google Chrome, doesn't anyone experience unable to log in if you recently logged out of your lenovo account? The only thing that has worked for me so far is switching the browser altogether!!
I have to use other browsers to login. I've disabled every extension, everything... nothing works other than logging in from another browser. That's until I read the replies in this post... logging in from the main site and then going to this one seemed to do the trick. I deleted cookies, deleted cache, disabled all extensions. No one from support cares or is even reading these so these replies in this post are as good an answer as anyone is going to get.
Haven't had this issue since the site revamp; I have it setup so I'm logged in on both my phone and PC and rarely have to re-login at all.
Can't Login on Chrome
I posted this in Discord too but still no answers. I just keep getting this error when I try to login. I tried deleting cookies and cache but it keeps doing it. It lets me login on Edge but not Chrome. Also I don't know if it makes a difference but at the time our Internet company went down for several hours when I still had the page open. I've since restarted and reconnected to the Internet, but I keep getting this error in Chrome.
I also tried logging in on Chrome on my Mac, and it works. So it's just on my PC that this is happening. I don't get it. Please help.

Anyone else had Issues using the lenovo website?
Was trying to pick up legion go 2 controllers for my legion go, and was getting endless security errors even after turning off my pi-hole and clearing cache. Anyone else getting all kinds of random errors? Sometimes it was a CORS error sometimes it was some Javascript url being blocked entirely from me.

I recently ordered a tablet from Lenovo. When I was ordering (I think the 16th) there were a lot of issues like you are saying, and I actually couldn't order. I tried a different browser, and everything worked no problem! Of course, the tablet still shows as "Waiting to be shipped" since the 16th so who knows what is happening at Lenovo these days. Still can't even buy a Legion Go 2 in Canada!
How do I get the points for the game key giveaways?
I've tried to enter the giveaway, not I need to watch twitch streams for 2 hours, but I always miss the streams, is there a place where I can get a twitch streams schedule?

[BUG] My Lenovo Rewards Dashboard not showing Purchase Points
I just noticed that the MLR dashboard across all three communities doesn’t include Purchase History points in the My Points History section.
Expiring Points appear correctly in the Point Expiration section, and My Points History combines Points History and Redemptions from the main MLR account. However, it doesn’t appear to pull in points from the Purchase History section.
Is there a reason purchase-based points are excluded from the community dashboard?
I noticed that the expiration months do not match. 😵💫
