Hogwarts Legacy - Nintendo Switch Audio problem

The main character has no voice and subtitles. it happened about a few hours into the game. I created a new game, but the sound does not appear. I've tried everything. Changed the tone of voice, rolled back the saves, changed the voice language but nothing. Does anyone have the same problem.

It's a very common issue despite Nintendo not really admitting it is one. Where there are little 'fixes' online, apparently Nintendo fix it for you if you contact them? Anyone know how this is done or has done this before? I manage to get rid of it with little fixes but it alwaysssss comes back!
