Allow "Open topic in new tab" on forum topics, please

Notification icon only works on Microsoft Edge
By that I mean the bell icon on the top of the page, I can see there are notifications because of the red bubble but clicking it does nothing with any browser other than Edge for me.

Different Colour Scheme Options
