Promotional Item Redemption Instructions:

In Slapshot: Rebound, navigate to the 'Shop' tab and click 'Redeem code'. Enter the code in the prompt. The code is case-sensitive. 

CODE REDEMPTION ISSUES SHOULD BE FIXED. However, if you are seeing any more issues, let us know in the comments below and we'll look into this.

    HI S.L -  with the code you recieved, can you double-check that when you are redeeming it that there isn't a space at the end? That can throw off the redemption process!
