Why should I live in the USA to join giveaway raffles while buying Lenovo things from another country ??

Most of the time, game keys and DLC are universal, so you don't need to live anywhere specific to enter and win them. When it comes to products, depending in the case, they are only available for select countries/regions due to said laws and regulations.

There have been some cases of users having friends, family, or others within the US, for example, to be able to send the prize to. However, the costs and other requirements to ship it out of the US and for importing would be solely on you or whoever you sent the product to temporarily. Lenovo would not at all be responsible for those costs.
