4K is my choice for both with a good refresh rate.
24 - 1080p
32 - 4k
I know at 24 there isn't that much difference between 1080p and higher resolutions. For the cost, it's probably better for you to go with this than a 4k.
For a 32 you should be going for a 4k.
27 - 49 4K - 5K
If your computer can handle it, 4k for both!
I'd go with 1440p if you can, specially for 32.
