GAMING FOR EXTENDED TIMES

I KNOW THAT DRINKS INCLUDING "5 HOUR ENERGY DRINK" ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE EXTRA ENERGY AND I HAVE TRIED THIS AND OTHER DRINKS TO GIVE ME MORE ENERGY WHILE GAMING.  

HOWEVER, I DON'T FIND THEM TO BE EFFECTIVE.

CURIOUS, WHAT DO YOU DRINK TO GIVE YOU MORE ENERGY WHILE GAMING FOR A LONG TIME?

  • I just stay hydrated with water. I keep a hydro flask next to my desk and take sips regularly. Any other drink with sugar or caffeine has just made me crash and burn. 

  • personally i have found that excersizing helps without the need for any energy drink.

  • As  said above me... EXERCISE! I know that sounds odd, but yes exercise. There is a mountain of evidence that suggests exercise at no more or less than 2 minutes per hour creates what is called neuro plasticity.     Yet most of all my friend... if you are feeling low energy while gaming... trust your body! That is your signal... you NEED TO REST!
