Best couch co-op games?

Hello! I am primarily a PC gamer, though my girlfriend is more of a Nintendo person. What are your favorite games that you can play together locally on the same Switch? While she claims to enjoy watching me play games on PC, it just isn't the same as enjoying a game together where we can properly work together.

    I've been looking for co-op games as well for my kids (8 & 6 yo). So far they've enjoyed Trine and Fitness Boxing, although Trine led to a lot of fighting Wink This weekend I picked up Phogs which is much more casual

    I"m a huge fan of Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros for any lounge type games. If you're willing to do something a bit more active, Just Dance is a fun game too!

    Yeah my wife doesn't game, but is willing to try games with me. We play a few random games together, Stardew Valley just introduced a split screen that is pretty interesting for farming and development. We sometimes play Lego Incredibles and Mario Party.

    I love Minecraft Dungeons for the Switch, and it especially shines in multiplayer IMO. It has really fun repeatable gameplay, an amazing soundtrack, and its just an overall very fun local multiplayer game.

    You guys should play "It Takes Two" together! Good teamwork. I agree, I don't think it's cool to just let her watch you play when you both can be teaming up! One game that isn't split-screen that we took turns playing and just liked watching each other play was NFS: Hot Pursuit. Remaster is available on Switch.
