Standing desk + treadmill setup for gaming?

Anyone have a lot of experience with a standing desk and under the desk treadmill setup while gaming, specifically using a mouse and keyboard? Saw some Diablo 4 streamers using this setup and it seems like a good idea for most games, but not sure if its useable for competitive FPS games at all.

    Imo this seems way over the top at this point id just go a walk outside. 
    standing desk is the max id go.

    Its a big waste of money. You will probably never use it. Most people play video games to relax. Like other people have said just go for a walk outside. Its free and less effort than assembling a treadmill gaming setup.
