XBOX or PS5: Does it come down to Halo or Spiderman?

It seems the specs for Xbox X and PS5 are pretty close. The one big distinction everyone seems to note are the exclusive games. Whose games selection do you like better? Are there other significant considerations I should make?

    I just finally picked up a PS5. My biggest concerns are actually on the horizon. Bethesda is now under the Microsoft umbrella. Fallout and The Elder Scrolls are far and away my favorite games of all time. My friends convinced me enough that the much anticipated series would be too popular to hoard to one system. I think they're underestimating what Microsoft is willing to do (see Halo). But my new PS5 is here so I'm gonna try out some Ragnarok and forget those troubles since we don't have any recent updates on either series.
