Changes to comment functionality

Was the change from being able to comment on any post in any community, to being able to only comment on posts that are in communities you're part of intentional?  If it was, it was a surprise to me.  Maybe I missed a message or an email, but it would have been nice to know about beforehand.

    Hey JK! I noticed something seemed strange there recently as well.

    Can you let me know what areas you are *not* able to comment on?
    It should be all groups, content, etc. For example, the giveaway pages for game keys and PC giveaways.

    It's possible that some settings got changed with a recent update so please let us know!
