I'm still seeing a few people debate whether the clips that went around were real or not.... but seems mostly fake to me. The things people will do to cause outrage on the internet, lol.

I for sure think its to get some attention and followers to take advantage of the organic lift in social due to the launch this week. 

They definitely weren't real fires. For that much smoke to come out of an electronic device the fire inside would have to be really large.
