Promotional Item Redemption Instructions

  • Go to the Honkai: Star Rail official website (https://hsr.hoyoverse.com/home). Select "Redemption Code" to enter the redemption page and log in to your account. Choose the corresponding prize recipient character. Once the code has been successfully redeemed, prizes will be credited to accounts via in-game mail — please log in to the game to access prizes.

  • *A 50 Stellar Jade key can only be redeemed once per account on v1.0.
