Welcome to another episode of Legion Update with Michael and Duane!

In today's show, we'll be discussing the latest news in the world of gaming and the Legion Gaming Community. We'll also be answering this month's question: What is your favorite game to give as a gift?

First up, we wanted to talk about actor David Harbour and his love for World of Warcraft. Many fans may not realize that Harbour is an avid gamer and has even streamed WoW on his Twitch channel. It's always interesting to see celebrities embrace their inner gamer and share their passion with the world.

In other gaming news, there was a bug in Spider-Man: Miles Morales that caused a random air horn sound to play during key story moments. Thankfully, the issue has since been patched out.

We also asked the community to share their favorite game mods, and Deathreaver mentioned Mount and Blade Warband. It's always interesting to see the creativity and dedication that goes into creating mods for popular games.

In addition to all of this, we have a few ongoing contests for our US and UK members. In the US, we have a Clip Contest where you can win an RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard by sending in your best gaming clips. And in the UK, we have the Legion Post of the Month contest, where you can win a Legion Tower 7i by leaving a comment on our social media pages.

As for what we've been playing lately, Duane has been enjoying Sniper Elite 4, while Michael has been spending some time with Somerville. And for those looking for new releases, December brings some exciting options like Need for Speed Unbound, Marvel's Midnight Suns, Choo Choo Charles, and The Callisto Protocol.

Before we wrap up this episode, we wanted to remind you that we have free community wallpapers available on our website. And if you're in the US, you can enter to win a Legion 5 Pro gaming laptop!

Thanks for watching, and don't forget to leave a comment and let us know your thoughts!

  • I love that celebrities are helping to normalize nerdy gaming like Warhammer and WoW.  Good on them!  I was also a huge fan a few years ago when politicians were playing Among Us on Twitch too.  That was really fun to see!

  • I agree. I am in my fifties and started gaming in the 80's.Gaming was not normalized back then. You were labeled as a geek, nerd or loser if you spent time at the arcade or gaming at home too much. Sports = cool  Gaming= not cool was how things were albeit it was older teens to adults setting this precedent. Now some celebrities and famous sports athletes are big gamers. We have come a long way. I am glad that games are respected and viewed as art now. Good show mods! I love these updates.
