@QueenTomato أعتقد أن ليس كل الفتيات أقل فى المهارات حتى وإن كان العدد أقل من الرجال فهناك البعض من الفتيات تكون على قدر عالى من المهارة قد يكون بسبب سرعة البديهة وقد يكون بسبب الممارسة الكثيرة وقد يكون أيضا بعض العوامل الخارجية المساعدة كمثال سرعة اتصال عالية وموارد جهاز عالية فى الأداء كل هذا أسباب تكمل بعضها .... أما عن كيف جعل الفتيات يكتسبون عدد أكبر أعتقد هذا شيئاً ما صعب نظرا لأن هذا يختلف بطبيعة الجنسين فالرجل قد يكون لديه دافع قوى يدفعة الى الوصول إلى الهدف وقد يكون حب إثبات الذات حتى وإن كان داخل مجتمع افتراضي مثل الاى سبورتس أما الفتيات قد تكون بطبيعتها مختلفة عن طبيعة الرجل...وهذا ما يجعل العدد يختلف عن الرجال

Hi @QueenTomato. The lack of visible female role models in professional esports may find it difficult for aspiring girls to envision success in this industry. Having successful female gamers like Ms.Mary as role model is extremely important to inspire and encourage more women to pursue careers in esports. Not only as a professional gamer, they can be Coach/Analyst, Shoutcaster/Commentator, Content Creator/Streamer, Esports Journalist/Reporter, Event Organizer/Production, and Esports Management/Administration and many more in this industry.
