Poi il notebook è arrivato: era prevista la spedizione dopo 5-6 sett. ma spedito effettivamente dopo una sola. Non l'ho potuto vedere subito proprio per via di questo grosso anticipo sulla consegna, ma vabbè.
Partito direttamente dalla fabbrica di Hefei e consegnato via Korea del Sud e Germania, in soli 5gg lavorativi.
E con questo rispondo a quello che era il primo punto :D.
Certo, credo che dovrebbero più precisi sui tempi di evasione al momento dell'acquisto, perché per esempio io mi sono bruciato quasi tutti i 14gg del reso senza poterlo provare.
Altra cosa che devo criticare è il fatto che non ho potuto vedere il mio ordine sul sito Lenovo, non si sa perché: una volta mi hanno detto perché avevo ordinato da loggato; un'altra perché avevo pagato con Paypal (penso sia più questa). Anche al call center, per quanto l'ordine gli risultasse, non potevano avere aggiornamenti sullo stato. Ho ricevuto solo aggiornamenti (sia Lenovo che UPS) dopo la spedizione.
Insomma lato assistenza non è stata un'esperienza rassicurante; al momento spero di non averne mai bisogno.
2. Ok. Mi manderesti il link dove sono arrivati a 210 W?
3. HWinfo mi dice che è quello classico BOE, segnalato anche su laptopmedia.
C'è da dire che Hwinfo probabilmente, avendo riconosciuto il modello di notebook, attinge solo ad un database in cui è listato con quello schermo, senza poter avere info direttamente dall'HHW in uso. Cmq, Win 10 mi dice che è a 165 Hz e 10 bit. Io lo trovo di qualità. Di più nin zo.
4. Mi hanno trattato bene, con una Intel AX200 :D, che dovrebbe essere 5.1.
Inoltre pare che la RAM (Hynix) abbia trfc 560, quindi anche qui non male. Periodo fortunato per le forniture.
5. I dubbi post-acquisto posso dire che erano infondati: hanno messo un Samsung PM981a, che dovrebbe essere la versione OEM del 970 Evo plus, quindi mi hanno trattato bene anche qui :D. Non si può certo dire che sia un SSD scarso, né che l'abbiano montato su uno slot castrato (ammesso che uno lo sia). E nessun problema a mettere il sistema operativo al primo avvio.
Si tratta di mera confusione generata dal configuratore fatto e tradotto male: il ''first solid state disk'' è in realtà il drive secondario, che si può infatti non mettere proprio, mentre ''unità disco fisso'' è il disco primario. Ho visto, in ritardo, che avevi segnalato la cosa anche il 5 Pro, nel tuo OP, ma forse meglio mettere in chiaro ancora di più per chi è nuovo.
Ps: Si hanno notizie certe sul fatto che i due slot mvne siano identici in termini di prestazioni?
Vorrei chiedere, per curiosità, se c'è qaulcuno che ha preso una configurazione con due SSD: sono entrambi buoni?
6. Confermo, al call center mi hanno detto che si poteva al max annullarlo. Le faq, manco a dirlo sono incomplete, si parla solo della impossibilità di poter annullare una volta spedito.
Direi che Lenovo debba rivedere un bel po' le traduzioni e i configuratori sui suoi siti.

Beh, contento che perlomeno non hai avuto problemi a parte un forte anticipo ( che ho sempre detto possibile ). Sul diritto di recesso non farti troppi problemi: in realtà se mai avessi veramente seri problemi non credo avrai problemi a farne uso, ma non penso che ne avrai bisogno.
Riguardo la mancata chiarezza sulla spedizione, beh, hai navigato la mia stessa barca, e onestamente credo che finchè non parte la spedizione in Italia non sanno proprio dirti nulla.
Ora rispondo alle domande:
2. Se ne è discusso spesso nel Discord non-Ufficiale degli utenti Legion 2021. Hanno anche utilizzato degli strumenti di misura.
3. Credo sia proprio quello, non penso abbiano fatto 165Hz "scarsi".
4. Ottimo! Valutando i fortissimi ritardi di inizio anno per via della produzione delle WiFi Intel sei stato molto fortunato ad averla! Ma soprattutto eccellente che hai beccato la RAM "buona"!
5. Sugli SSD non nutro mai particolari dubbi, onestamente, e comunque parliamo già di velocità molto elevate per quel tipo di tecnologia, e le differenze sono impercettibili. Comunque continuo come te a non comprendere come mai tengano questo tool buggato sul sito per i dischi, perchè secondo me più che "acquisti accidentali" con 2 SSD rischiano più di disdette come stavo facendo io per il prezzo troppo alto.
PS: A livello di saldatura e posizionamento nella Mobo non credo vi siano differenze, anzi, sarebbe molto ma molto inusuale che ci sia tra i 2 slot. Da quel che so, comunque, solitamente gli SSD sono identici se presi entrambi.
6. CVD.
Cmq l'SSD, sentendo dove si scalda la scocca quando lo testo, sta nello slot sinistro guardando il notebook ( quello lato processore), a riconferma che anche se chiamato erroneamente secondario sul configuratore, viene montato nello slot ''primario''. Cmq, appunto, non ci sono notizie su differenze di prestazioni tra i due slot.
Devo dire che alla prima installazione di Win 10 Pro l'ho lasciato usare WU per scaricare i driver ed ho notato che pur non installando ovviamente Vantage, ha scaricato dei driver ''Lenovo'' che permettono di usare Fn+Q per cambiare le tre modalità energetiche. L'ho testato un po' così; ho solo dovuo reinstallare i driver Nvidia perché quelli che mi aveva messo non erano del tutto buoni per gestire lo switch tra GPU.
Volendo fare una installazione super pulita dei driver, con Win disconnesso da internet, cosa dovrei installare e da dove? Per esempio per le GPU meglio prendere i driver da AMD e Nvidia? E forse anche per la scheda Wifi? Mentre per il resto prendere tutto da Lenovo? einfine installare l'app di Vantage?
Ciao ragazzi, non so se sia il thread corretto, ma ci provo. Sono in attesa di un Lenovo Legion 5 Pro ed avrei alcune domande da farvi:
il 22/12 ho acquistato il notebook sul sito ufficiale Lenovo.it, ma successivamente mi sono accorto di aver selezionato l'adattatore da 230W, anziché quello consigliato da 300W. Come posso rimediare?
Ho visto che la spedizione è partita dalla Cina, sebbene abbia ordinato sul sito italiano: dovrò quindi sostenere anche le spese doganali?
Lenovo stima il 31/12/21 come data di consegna: secondo voi è una stima realistica, considerando che la spedizione UPS risulta partita il 29/12 dalla Corea del Sud?
1. Spero che lo vendano sullo store, ma non ho controllato.
2. Assolutamente no. Inoltre passando dalla Korea credo venga sdoganato già là per leggi internazionali tra UE e Korea.
3. Le spedizione che usa UPS ci mette max 5 giorni lavorativi. La mia ha fatto Incheon - Colonia - Venezia - Roma in 24h. Poi dipende se stai nelle isole magari ci mette un giorno in più.
@Deki Per una installazione pulita sì, raccomanderei di andare dai siti produttori per le GPU ( e la CPU se AMD, data la vulnerabilità di qualche mese fa ), ovviamente informandosi anche su quali versioni dei driver siano più stabili e utili ( non conviene installare le più recenti nella maggior parte dei casi perchè purtroppo NVidia si è dimostrata molto negligente negli ultimi anni ).
Riguardo i driver di hardware interno andrei a prenderli dal sito Lenovo, e ovviamente di scaricare anche Lenovo Vantage. Per il BIOS ve ne sono diversi ma come sempre vige la regola del "se funziona, non toccarlo".

Se invece hai preso una 3070 purtroppo non credo che puoi richiedere immediatamente quello da 300W. Attenzione: non c'è un limite pesante dovuto all'alimentatore da 230W, ma ovviamente sarebbe meglio avere quello che la supporta meglio. In tal caso contatterei l'assistenza Lenovo per chiedere cosa è possibile fare, e al limite chiedere se è possibile acquistare e come quello da 300W, tenendo quello da 230W per sicurezza e per le occasioni in cui si vuole migliore portabilità ( le dimensioni sono diverse ).
2. Nessuna spesa doganale. L'unico caso in cui sono state addebitate ( per sbaglio ) che io conosca è accaduto in UK, dove successivamente Lenovo ha rimborsato il cliente, giustamente. Non ti preoccupare.
3. Diciamo che è possibile ma siamo sul 50/50 secondo me, perchè arriverà prima in Germania e poi in Italia. A meno che abiti proprio in una città vicinissima ad un centro di spedizione e che per giunta consegnino la mattina ( immagino che stacchino prima il 31/12 ), probabilmente avrai la consegna intorno al 3 di Gennaio.
@Lascax Ah, l'unica cosa che non pare funzionare bene, spero per driver di WU non perfettamente scelti, è il microfono integrato: provando con l'app fotocamera di Win registra la voce bassissima. Oppure è un problema di Win10.
E poi vabbè, manca un tasto Fn+ per spegnere solo lo schermo. Grave mancanza questa!

@Massi Ho fatto una ricerca in rete e purtroppo vedo solo modelli da 230W in vendita, a prezzi anche abbastanza imbarazzanti ( oltre i 100 euro ). Ne ho visto solo uno da 300W su eBay US a circa 180 dollari.
In ogni caso, da quel che ho letto altri hanno testato l'alimentatore da 230W con la 3070 e a livello di performance nei benchmark non vi sono differenze, tuttavia alcuni segnalano che durante alcuni workload di renderizzazione arrivano degli avvisi sul fatto che il caricatore non può sostenere tale carico e quindi si riduce la performance per quella sessione ( cioè fino al riavvio del PC ).
Onestamente io contatterei Lenovo e chiederei in tutti i modi se è possibile ricevere un cambio dell'alimentatore, ma anche qualora non riuscissi ad ottenerlo valuterei comunque di tenerlo oppure, se ci tieni veramente così tanto, di dire a Lenovo che sarai costretto a restituire il prodotto ( ed eventualmente lo ri-acquisti se ti interessa ).
In ogni caso trovo inaccettabile che tale alimentatore non sia largamente disponibile direttamente da Lenovo, e temo per il mio se mai avrà dei problemi.

Legion Community enables its registered users (the “Users") to post and share content, such as information about Lenovo products, services, events, social media activity and videos ("Content”) to the Platform.
Legion Community is provided by Lenovo through the services of Standing on Giants subject to these Terms (“Terms”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. If we amend the Terms, we will post the amended Terms on this page and indicate at the top of the page the date the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Your Use of Legion Community Platform

You are solely responsible for your Content that is posted or linked to the Platform and Lenovo accepts no liability for your Content.

Following termination, Lenovo may retain your Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Indemnification

Lenovo reserves the right to assume control of the defence or settlement of any such claim, and you will not in any event settle any such claim without the prior written consent of Lenovo.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with Lenovo’s Data Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Lenovo in connection with the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenovo concerning the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability
Neither Lenovo nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, third party content providers, sponsors, or licensors warrant that the Site will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free. THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, LENOVO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES BASED ON A COURSE OF DEALING. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENOVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR USE, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE LEGION COMMUNITY, EVEN IF LENOVO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES IN ADVANCE.
