Best Laptop Cooling Pads

I have a HAVIT cooling pad for my P73 Thinkpad, but I was wondering if there were any better ones. This one makes noise and while it's pretty solid, I feel like it just blows hot air down on my desk, but it doesn't really have a good place for it to escape to quickly.
