Are One-Handed Keyboards worth it?

I'm new to pc, I got one 9months ago.  I grew up on Playstation and Xbox but I never liked using controllers for FPS gaming.  I am still getting used to the keyboard, it is hard to find my way around the keys and I get hand cramps from having to hold shift while running.  I've been looking at the Razer Tartarus and the Azeron Cyborg because they look like they are comfortable and potentially easier after learning how to both use them and customize them.  Any input on this is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
