What email app do you use on your PC?

Discussion

After using web-based Gmail for a long time, and Thunderbird before that, I've been looking into different email apps. I did some searching to see what the top ones are right now.

Here's what I found:

  • Outlook seems to be very popular for Windows users, probably because it works so well with other Microsoft programs.

  • It's no surprise that Thunderbird is still a top open-source option. It's been a while since I used it, but I might check it out again since it's been around for so long and has good features.

  • eM Client came up, but it only lets you add two email accounts for free before you have to pay. That's a bit of a limitation if you have more emails.

  • I was surprised to find Opera Mail on the list, as I only knew about their web browser. I learned it's actually been discontinued in 2016. So don't expect support for that.

So, for Windows, what's your go-to email app? I'm curious about features, how well it performs, and how it integrates with other things.
