I recently bought a Razer Core X Egpu enclosure and a RTX4070 Ti Super, Timespy score looked impressive with a graphics score of 20772 but playing games the performance is horrendous even when reducing the detail level and resolution. I've just run the PCI bandwidth test on 3d Mark and the port is only running at 20gbs compared to 40gbs which it should run at at. I appreciate the Core X only runs at thunderbolt 3 speeds but its running at thunderbolt 2 speeds whereas usb4 should allow the enclosure to run at 40gbs.
Its not the lead as its a genuine razer lead.
Can anyone at Lenovo advise if there is a driver available to allow the port to run at 40gbs as I fear the 2 ports on the legion go are configure to share the 40gbs bandwidth hence the slow performance on the gpu
