If you do a clean install of Windows 10/11 currently there's an issue with Windows Update not downloading the right drivers that Tobii Experience depends on to even download from the Microsoft Store let alone launch successfully. To get it installing and working properly you have to download the drivers manually. Fortunately you can do so from the link below. To translate the model numbers in that page Y760 is 6th generation Legion 7 (2021), Y770 7th gen Legion 7 (2022), YX8 is the 2023 lineup of legion laptops
