I ended up getting a stripped head in two of the case screws on my Legion 7 16IRX9, because philips drive are a terrible design.
It's an M2x8 mm screw, but the head profile seems to be custom and is smaller than what I could find online. So I ended up getting the Lenovo Screw Pack C 83FD (5S10S35637), which has two sets of case screws (8 silver and 8 black). I was able to use points to pay so it didn't really cost anything.
I figured I would post pictures of the screws in the event that it might help someone else, since the pack info wasn't especially descriptive.
