Legion notebook with GTX 1660 TI compared to RTX 3050 or RTX 3060

I have a Legion 5 Notebook with a GTX 1660TI 6GB.  I was thinking to get the additional features with a 30 series in a new notebook.  My question how does the performance of the GTX 1660 TI compare with a RTX 3050 TI 4GB or the RTX 3060 6GB.  There seems to be a lot of sales for the RTX 3050TI.  Should I send the extra and get a notebook with the RTX 3060 instead?
