What are thr maximum safe temperatures for thr Lenovo Legion Go?

What are the maximum gaming temperatures for the CPU and GPU of the Legion Go without impacting the general life or leading to faster "degradation"? 

I am currently playing Genshin Impact on midsettings on 1200p and it sometimes goes to ~76 degrees on both.

Do I have to worry?
