The laptop is basically brand new, so I suppose I can get "official" support. But I saw another post somewhere about the same thing. The screen goes black, the Lenovo logo appears and then the desktop reappears. Sadly with whatever I was doing gone. The times it happened I was using File Explorer cleaning up files on my NAS.
Have other people seen this? I have never had a laptop that had problems right out of the box and did not expect it from Lenovo.
I did the hardware tests- no problems detected, but the tests went pretty fast. It did update from 22H2 to 23H2 to 24H2 (Windows 11). I had no say in that.
