Sworn is promoting its 1.0 release on September 25. The English reviews are 87% Very Positive, the recent reviews are 78% Mostly Positive, and the SteamDB rating is 79.75%. It told me I need 4.77 GB to download.
Just to note, even though I'm sure it's a mistake, the SteamDB page has Sworn listed as "Free to Keep" as well as "Play for Free". I doubt they'll let us keep it, but it might be worth it to at least put this one in your library, just in case.
Darkest Dungeon 2 is having their first ever Free Weekend. They are promoting some new content, including Confessions and Kingdom modes, and the newest Kingdoms module that was released today. The base game is 63% off and all the DLC is 25% off. There are bundles that put on some extra points off the price. The English and the Recent reviews are both 74% Mostly Positive and the SteamDB rating is 74% as well. It needs 5.64 GB to download.
Unrailed 2: Back on Track is having a Free Weekend to promote their 30% off sale, I guess. Its English Reviews are 89% Very Positive, the Recent Reviews are 77% Mostly Positive, and the SteamDB rating is 84.94%. It only needs 619.67 MB to download.
Nightingale is also, I think, promoting their sale, but theirs is 50% off. The English reviews are 81% Mostly Positive, the Recent reviews are 71% Mixed, and the SteamDb rating is 66.90%. It needs a whopping 54.27 GB to download.
Forts is promoting the announcement of their new DLC, Firebird. The DLC isn't out, yet, though. Forts is on sale for 50% off and its DLC that are out are on sale from 30-50% off. Also, it says that "Non-DLC owners who join games hosted by DLC owners to have access to the relevant DLC advanced weapons and features", which sounds good to me. Nothing sucks worse than getting steamrollled in a game you're still learning, lol.
The English and Recent reviews are both 93% Very Positive, but the SteamDB rating is only 89.91%. You will need 2.32 GB to download it.
Space Engineers isn't promoting anything, but it is on sale for 50% off. This game also has extensive mods in the Workshop. The English ratings are 89% and the Recent reviews are 82%, both Very Positive. The SteamDB rating is 87.45%. To download it you will need 37.33 GB of space.
Late Addition
Path of Exile 2 is offering a free weekend for PAX West, I think. It is not on sale, nor are any of the DLC's. The English reviews are 73% Mostly Positive, the Recent reviews are 76% Mostly Positive, and the SteamDB rating is a nice 69.91%. This is another monster needing 112.55 GB to download.
