GameDev.tv is once again hosting their annual Game Jam for 2025. All submissions will receive a free course of your choice on GameDev.tv.
Submissions open from May 16th, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST to May 26th, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST.
Join over 2 million students from 150+ countries and create something epic! In our annual game jam, you'll make a game in 10 days, solo or with a team - and you'll earn a free course if you submit it!
The theme will be revealed when the jam begins on May 16th. You don’t have to use it, but it’s part of the voting criteria, so consider incorporating it for extra points!
Rules:
Solo or team (max 6 people)
Free assets only (no paid assets—even if you got them free)
Playable build required
Bug fixes allowed after deadline —just keep your original submission up and clearly label any updated builds.
